Everyone needs at least five seconds to adjust their sight when a sudden darkness occurred.
"There's a black out!" Dino exclaimed.
My classmates and I were doing our research paper when suddenly, the electric power went out. The moon is missing under the cloudy night sky and it was hard too see a thing. As my eyes slowly adjusting in the dark, someone just kissed my lips. "Oh!"
Then the electric power is back and the light shine down on my blushing cheeks. "What's wrong?" the four asked me in unison. I looked at these four handsome guys who were only here when the incident happened. Who the hell took advantage of me while the lights are out?!
"It was you Wen Junhui!" I pointed my red pen onto his direction.
But Wen Junhui declined, "What? I didn't do anything." His face is as innocent as a lamb. I bet he is telling the truth. Then if it was not Jun, maybe it was...
"Kwon Soonyoung! Right?!" I suspected while pointing my sharp eyes on this guy sitting beside me. However...
"Okay. I will admit that I was the one who farted a moment ago. But my fart doesn't smell!" Soonyoung said. Ehhh?
I looked at the two remaining suspects: Lee Chan and Xu Minghao. Neither of them looks guilty though. Or maybe, I was wrong at thinking that someone kissed my lips. It was impossible for a wind coming from the opened window. And ghosts are not true.
"You suddenly screamed as soon as the power went out. Did something happened?" Minghao worriedly asked.
Dino leaned closer as he observes my face, "Your face is all red too. Did you see a ghost?"
Flabbergasted, I stood up and tried to composed myself. "I will g-go out to g-get s-some fresh air." Then I rushed out. The moment I got outside my room, I can finally breathe.
I am sure that one of them is lying.
But what if it was all an accident? No one is admitting because maybe he didn't do it on purpose. Cause if he did that on purpose, then... why? Does he likes me? If he does, why?! Why?! And who?!
Wait. Let me think about it. If one of them has a possibility of liking me, I should consider their past acts. Let's start it with Dino:
I remembered the way he treated me early in the morning.
"Hi! How's sleep?" he asked with a gorgeous smile that can take my breath away.
"Not that good. It was very very chilly at night," I answered.
"Even this morning, it is cold right?" he pouted a little. Before he held my hands and said, "my palms are hot. Let's hold hands while walking on the way to school."
That's it! It was Dino! But Dino was a gentleman ever since we were kids. How about Junhui? I remembered him doing something when we were at the canteen:
"I wish that my eyelashes are long," I sighed while eating my sandwich. Junhui was staring at my face as he drinks his red ice tea.
"And I wish you'll stop getting dirty while eating," he murmured before he leaned closer and wiped my lower lip with his thumb. Then sucked his thumb sexily while whispering the words, "Yummy sandwich."
Oh my gosh! So Junhui likes me?! No normal guy who would do this for a girl they didn't like! Well, Junhui is weird. He was always like that when we were eating together. Then, it could be Minghao? :
"I think you are cool Eugene," I praised my schoolmate from other section. Eugene and I were standing in the hallway and talking about his recent performance during our intramurals.
"Thanks. I also watched your game yesterday," Eugene shared.
"Oh gosh. Let's not talk about it. I am sure I was so ugly yesterday since I am all sweat," I giggled.
"Oh? Even if you are full of sweat, you are still beautiful," Eugene complimented that made me blushed. Then suddenly, Minghao pulled my wrist.
"Let's go," Minghao said while pulling me on the way to our classroom.
"Wait Minghao, what are you do--"
He stopped his pace and looked at me eye to eye. Then he muttered, "Stop talking at him, will you? I am getting jealous."
Jealous? I didn't take his words seriously that time but if he was jealous then it might be him? But speaking of jealous, I also remembered Soonyoung doing this a moment ago:
"Don't you have any edible food in the fridge?" this hamster asked while searching inside my refrigerator. "There are nothing but leftover foods and bottled water. Hmp." he closed the fridge and pouted in front of me.
"I didn't invite you for a feast," I explained. "You are here for our research paper."
"Tsss."
"Tsss?"
"Nevermind. I am really happy that you invited me to your house. That means we will be alone together all night! Yehey!" Soonyoung even raised his hands like an excited little kid.
"Who says we will be alone just the two of us? I also invited Junhui, Minghao and Dino."
His smiles quickly evaporated. "What?! They are also coming?!"
"Of course. Our research is by group." I checked the time on my cellphone. "Why aren't they coming? It's getting pretty late."
Then my eyes widened when Soonyoung suddenly hugged me tight.
"W-What are you doing?" I stuttered, quite surprised.
"Just treasuring the moment when we are alone. If those three idiots arrived, I will possibly get jealous." he whispered.
Wait.
What is this?
There is no way that those four likes me.
As I think hard for the answer, someone tapped my shoulder. I looked back and saw one of them standing behind. He is smiling while scratching his nape. Then he said, "Sorry. It was me who kissed you."
My jaw almost drop. I can't believe that it was actually....!
