(this is pre-serum Steve,its before the war)
Steve and Bucky were just walking down the street, it was hot summers day and they had saved enough money to go and buy ice-cream. they were almost at the ice cream place when they heard someone catcalling a female. They were hollering at her as she walked past.
Before Bucky could say anything Steve had launched all his 90 pounds of asthma at them screaming about respect. Bucky walked the woman a safe distance away apologizing for the men being disrespectful. After that he doubles back to grab his tiny, angry chihuahua of a best friend, carrying him away while he screamed.
"goddamn it Steven" Bucky mumbled
"DONT DISRESPECT WOMEN LIKE THAT. IF I CATCH YOU DOING THAT AGAIN I WILL BE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE. I AM A MENACE!" Steve yelled as he was carried over Bucky's shoulder to the ice cream place
"you can be whatever you want Stevie" Bucky said fondly, smiling at his best friend.
