At Last I See The Light

Peter in the lobby of avenger's tower waiting for a special someone to arrive so they could go up to his room and watch Disney movies and cuddle. He was talking with the receptionist about anything and everything as he waited.

"Hey Petey" A high pitched male voice came from behind him, and he felt a pair of arms snake around his waist and a kiss be pressed to his cheek

"Hey kurtie" He giggled in reply and spun around in his arms to kiss the taller boy on the lips, earning an 'awh' from the receptionist.

The pair said goodbye to the receptionist and made their way to the penthouse where, of course, all the avengers were waiting with grins plastered on their faces, eyes trained on the spot where the young couple stood.

"Um, hi guys. You're all looking awfully creepy today" Peter said with a hint of sarcasm

"Hey Pete. Kurt" Steve, one of the only people looking normal, said and nodded at them with a small smile

"Hey guyysss" Tony said to the pair "Looking awfully adorable today"

"Right, well. We'll be in my room" Peter said slowly and began dragging Kurt down the hall.

He had almost closed the door when they heard "USE PROTECTION" shouted by Tony, earning him a smack on the back of the head from Steve. The young couple just burst into fits of giggles and collapsed on Peters bed together.

"What movie shall we start with?" Peter asked, looking at Kurt with a soft smile.

"Hmmm... How about Tangled?" The countertenor replied with a smile of his own.

Peter hopped off the bed, put the movie in and brough over the snacks he had already put out on his desk before cuddling into Kurts side on the bed.

Throughout the film, both boys made little comments to each other.

"That chameleons cute, but it's got nothing on you and your puppy eyes" Kurt said to Peter

"Say that one more time I'm gonna pull a Flynn Rider and hit you with a pan" Peter replied and both boys laughed before going quiet once again.

When the song 'I've got a dream' began, Kurt chuckled slightly to which Peter gave him a confused expression. Looking mildly like a puppy, just as Kurt had said before.

"This song accurately describes Santana and no one can convince me otherwise" Kurt laughed, Peter just laughed and agreed with him because honestly, he could see it.

The two stayed cuddled up together until 'at last I see the light' began, and Kurt stood up offering his hand to Peter, wo took it gladly. Kurt began to sing Rapunzel's Part whilst dancing.

All those days watching from the windows

Kurt spun Peter round before continuing with the chorus

Peter was grinning from ear to ear as he continued with Flynns part

All those days chasing down a daydream
All those years living in a blur
All that time never truly seeing

I'm where I'm meant to go

Kurt joined him and the pair harmonized

And at last I see the light

Peter sang his next part and dipped Kurt before bringing him back up

And it's like the fog is lifted

The two harmonized again

And at last I see the light

Kurt sang his next part whilst lifting Peter into the air as he giggled lightly

And it's like the sky is new

The pair harmonized one last time, their foreheads pressed together, arms wrapped around each other.

And the world has somehow shifted

The couple stayed in that position for a while, just being in each other's presence, grins spread across their faces as they gazed into each other's eyes.

After a while they sat back on Peters bed and cuddled, even when the movie had ended, they stayed cuddled together, just holding one another and appreciating the warmth and love radiating off of them.

"It really is warm when you're around" Kurt said as he kissed the top of Peters head

"everything feels real when I'm with you" Peter replied
