Violentine one-shots (The Walking Dead)

Chapter LXXIII: Puns.

"He's not gonna stop, Vi. There's no point in asking." Clementine sighed, wrapping her arms around Violet even tighter and snuggling into her chest. "Puns are horrible." Vi exhaled aggressively and sunk into the bed. "After all these years you still haven't learned to ignore him?" 

"But this is different!" 

"How so?" Clementine entertained Violet's foolishness. "Because, the smallest bit of peace we have in this house, he ruins it. Puns are terrible." Violet furrowed her eyebrows before hearing a small knock on the door. "I bet you ten dollars it's Louis." Violet grumbled, looking down at Clem. "No, I know it's him. Come in." Clem chuckled, turning her head to look at the door. 

Louis swung the door open and put his hands on his hips. Grand entrance of course. "Violet? Clementine?" Louis stifled his laughter. "What, fag bag?" Violet angrily hissed at him, wrapping an arm around Clementine. "My leafblower doesn't work." Louis fake pouted. "It just sucks." 

Clementine couldn't hide the laughter that crept up on her. She began giggling, quietly, but Louis could tell. He enjoyed Violet's anger of course. He began chuckling and new ideas sprouted in his head. "Louis, get out." Violet glared at him and tried her best to be serious. "Nope, I think I'll join you guys instead." He sighed, making his way to the bed. He laid down next to Vi, wrapping his arm around her and pulling her impossibly close "I swear to god, if you tell another pun, I'm gonna kill myself." Violet groaned, accepting the embrace. 

"On a serious note... Did you guys know there was a kidnapping at AJ's school yesterday?" 

Clementine shot up along with Violet and looked at each other worriedly. "A kidnapping????" 

"Don't worry, he woke up." Louis had that same shit eating grin on his face like any other time. Clementine chuckled and slapped his shoulder, "Idiot."

"W-Louis?" Violet forced a smile. "Yes, love?" Louis' grin grew wider than before. "Fuck you."
