It's been quiet but Danny assured me that the gang were fully alert and ready for anything that may happen. Kurt's been around a few times since the break in mostly to hang out with me when Lorenzo would go away for a couple days. Lorenzo had learnt to trust him which meant Danny would trust him. Kat, Amy and Kurt had come over early this morning to spend the day shopping since there was a ball coming up this weekend. Apparently Danny did it every year he would invite gangs he had a peace treaty with and had open invites for ones who would like a peace treaty with him. This year Kat helped plan the ball and demanded it be themed Casino Royale. I liked the idea we planned to set up tables for poker and black jack. Danny even hired a couple slot machines for a corner of the room. He assured me that everyone coming had the money to spend. I guess breaking the law pays well. Kurt said he'd come but we weren't sure if his boss would turn up. Danny had planned many different escape routes for us to get out. He had weapons for us to hide on us and around the hall. Lorenzo promised not to leave my side which was the main reason I said I'd go. Kurt found himself a satin navy blue suit with a crisp white shirt and a matching bowtie. It only took him a hour us girls were still here 3 hours later looking for our dresses.
"You guys are taking forever I demand a good break" Kurt complained I couldn't blame him. We had been here for around 5 hours now.
"Maybe we should go get some food" I agreed Amy and Kat shrugged following us out the store to the food court.
We all are our burgers while we planned where else we could go for a dress. The ball was this weekend which meant we needed dress that did not need any alterations.
"There's a store on the other side of town that do one of kind dresses we could go there?" Kat suggested. We had looked all over this area of town so why not? If we can't find anything we would have to look online.
"I have to go but good luck ladies" Kurt threw his rubbish and left us. I guess he was going to get a taxi since we all came here together.
"I'll drive us" Amy took the keys from Kat.
"Why can't I do it?" Kat huffed Amy looked to me I bit my lip not wanting to answer.
"V tell her" Kat said hitting my arm. I didn't want to tell her that she was a bad driver. This woman has killed plenty of men I did not want to be one of the rare women she killed.
"V" I took a deep breath.
"Yours a bad driver and we don't want to die" I rushed out my words. Kat rolled her eyes mumbling pussies under her breath as she walked out the mall.
We had dressed one many dresses in the store before we found out favourite. Kat went for her usual colour. Black. She found a embroidered floral black gown at the back of the store.
