The inside story: A character I made cause I think that the water element is powerful, and I have always liked the idea of a powerful character weakened by their past, or they decided to restrain their self of being so strong.
Supplementary Info: Like Todoroki and Yaoyorozu, Hydra is recommended and was not counted to the calculations and so there are 21 students in class 1-A. Hydra was recommended by their homeroom teacher Aizawa that is because she requested it from him. Their relationship most likely to fell into friends than guardian, but still, Hydra treats him like a family and so is Aizawa to Hydra. Hydra also doesn't use a surname because it have so many consequences.
