Danny Makes his way toward Morioh Street

He doesn't know what's going on but if Dillan called him it must be something Bad

as he Run he uses Time stop to buy some time

TW:"Hey, you ever think about how Time stop is Technically Harmful to us?"

TW:"well we're shortening our lifespan by the amount of seconds we stop Time for, cuz everything but us stop within Time. so we're aging in Stopped time..."

Danny ignores this and continues running stopping time for 5 seconds every 5 seconds

but he notices a figure on a bike....

and he's not stopping when Time stops

well he is but it's delayed by 3 seconds

"Taro! You son of an Arlian Whore!" Danny calls out

"Yare Yare..." Taro says looking at Danny as he tilts his hat

"Isn't it past your Bedtime?"

"What are you doing Here Taro?!" Danny questions

"I got a call from some kid named "Dillan" said he got my Phone number from a phone book he was reading... said there were some Villains that need an ass kicking, they might be the Serial Killers I've been looking for." Taro answers

Dillan didn't just call him....

"Well I'm going to help, so you're not needed." Danny taunts

"You can't even prop--"

Time stops as Taro walks past him

"I can manage 2.5 seconds now... no Thanks to you. you may have longer Time stops... but You can't Move in any that aren't your own yet."

he continues to ride off on his Bike as Time resumes

his superior Cardio allowing him to just about catch up

as he passes The World Kicks the front wheel sending Taro Flying Forward using Star Platinum to break his fall

Danny Bolts past as Taro recovers picking his bike back up but this time using Star Platinums legs to Pedal

the stand's superior strength and speed allowing him to easily overcome Danny's run

on Morioh street Danny stops time for a full 8.5 seconds Catching up to Taro

Taro uses up his 3 seconds of Movement to try to get ahead and Smash the floor in front of Danny but stops moment away from impact

as he Passes he uses The World to Punch a hole through the Bike's front wheel

Time resumes as Taro is yet again flung from his destroyed Bike and uses Star Platinum to Catch himself

but as he lands he manages to Grab Danny by the collar and throw him behind himself
