Third Person

Brielle felt her heart crack, all she could hear were broken sobs and pleas, all ever so shakily and quietly,

"P-p-please..... s-someone"

Brielle recognized that voice anywhere, but it's never sounded so distraught, so frightened. She fought back my own tears and slowly made her way down the steps, descending further into an evil darkness, the sounds of agony only getting louder as she got closer. Brielle cautiously came around the last bend to the staircase.

In the pale moonlight that provided the only lighting in the cellar, Brielle saw her Harry, chained to the wall by his wrists, curled up in such a tight ball as he trembled and shook like a leaf. He had been stripped of his jacket, hook, hat, and sword. Absolutely defenseless, his eyes shut so tightly as he pleaded for help from somewhere, hiding his face from what he thought was danger. Brielle could tell from here he was drenched, suffering with no way out until now. Brielle took an audibly shaky breath and couldn't help but freeze for a second,

"Oh my gods... Harry..."

She whispered, Harry immediately seemed to react to the soft, sweet, forgiving voice he'd grown to find so much comfort in. Harry looked up and nearly fainted right then and there as all it took to recognize Brielle were her eyes and voice,

"B-B-Brielle?"

Harry whispered in disbelief, he thought he had finally died and the dream Brielle was coming to take him away to the afterlife or something, for Brielle actually being here was a miracle to him. Brielle's eyes widened at his current state and without hesitation ran to him and practically threw herself on the ground in front of him, she pulled the bandana off her face and onto her neck so he could see her face and immediately gently brushed his soaking wet hair that was stuck to his forehead out of his face, putting her warm hands ever so gently on his cheeks,

"Harry darling... oh my gods what has he done to you?"

Harry felt more alive at her touch alone, but suddenly reality hit him again sending him into major panic,

"B-Brielle m-m-my l-love... ya c-can't s-s-stay 'ere... y-yer n-not s-safe... g-g-go"

He struggled to even stammer out. Brielle ignored him and felt over his frigid arms and created some friction by giving him her warmth, constantly rubbing her hands together and pressing them to different parts of his frigid body,

"I'm not leaving without you alright? Where's your stuff? We have to make haste we only have so much time"

She quietly but quickly explained. Harry nodded his head to the crate with all of his things sitting on it, Brielle jumped up and ran to the crate and grabbed everything, taking the hook in her hand and immediately going up to the lock restraining Harry's wrists and picking it within seconds, her determination unmatched.

As soon as the chains loosened enough to free Harry's wrists, his arms fell limp, weak from lack of blood flow and sore from lack of activity. Brielle kneeled back down and put Harry's jacket on for him, putting each arm through his long sleeves and everything. Seeing how much her eyes were darting around Harry decided to lighten things up for her just a little bit,

"D-Dare I-I s-s-say.... yer m-my h-hero?"

Brielle looked up at him and couldn't suppress a giggle as he gave her a comforting smile,

"You never stop that do you?"

She muttered as she felt some relief in her system,

"Y-Ya n-needed t-ta smile.... I h-had t-ta"
