Thank You (Season 5 B)

Daniel gets woken up by his father and tells him to get his ass up. Daniel asks what he wants and his father demands that he grow up and set out to look for a job. Daniel tells him to calm down and let him finish school. Listen you little shit his father told him. His father explains that he had to pay a lot of money for his hospital sleepover and that he's gonna have to work to pay it off. Daniel tells him that he'll get a job and that he can calm down. His dad leaves and he gets ready for his online school. He spends the whole day doing all his work for the week. His mom finds him asleep on his desk and wakes him for a family dinner to congratulate him on all his progress. They invite their Dad but he refuses to go. Elizabeth and Danielle and her boyfriend attend. His little sister attends as well. While waiting for food, Jordan comments on how good he looks with the glasses and how he also remembers when he used to wear an eye patch instead. Daniel thanks him for the compliment and while eating. Jordan gets up and kneels on the floor. He asks Danielle how he enjoys the time they spend together and he would love if she were to do it with him for the rest of their lives. He proposes to Danielle and she says yess. Everyone claps and congratulated them as well. Daniel comments on how smooth Jordan is and he thanks him for that compliment. Elizabeth and Daniel talk and she asks how he's doing. He tells her that he's doing okay and that he could use without his dad yelling at him all the time and that sometimes he feels  like punching him in the face. Elizabeth tells him to go easy and that he'll get through it. Daniel explains that he fears his dad might push him over the edge. Elizabeth hugs him
