I was wrapped in a blanket on a bone-chilling morning. I was thinking about something unusual, and it seemed like there was someone hiding behind the wall, and I was wondering, "is there something wrong? is there a ghost staring at me?" My mind told me it was only a hallucination, so I disregarded it. After a few minutes, I heard someone calling my name from my bed, but it wasn't the voice I recognized. My hair is starting to rise, his voice is icy and gruff, and I'm not sure what's going on. I suddenly heard a baby chuckled, even though we don't have a baby in the house. So, I wondered again, because I'm aware that something eccentric is going on in our house right now.
I got out of bed and dialed my mother's number, but no one answered.
I was taken aback as I opened the door.
I saw myself bloodied on the floor.
