Silence

Rape

Dark recessed hole,

Curled in a ball,

Laughed and rebuked,

Liar labeled!

Four on one,

Stripped bare,

Not only of clothes,

Taken by all...

Insecure, powerless,

No avenues forward,

Judged without knowledge,

Left alone in pain.

No more man,

Tears wept silently,

Trapped inside my mind,

Insidious thoughts prevail.

Cold, swart, nightmares,

Relived whilst awake,

Demands on phsyce, 

For swift suicide...

Why?

Shout at walls,

Echo back greedily,

Answer not forthcoming. 

I did not deserve,

Nor was I asked,

Mine was to give,

Defiled!

Soft arms do hug,

Comfort words uttered,

Kindred souls found,

No wish to let go...

Hand in hand,

Guidance lovingly given,

Hurt survivors aid,

From women given.

Survival first,

Battles left for later,

Standing up together,

Fight this scourge of rape!
