The afterlife ain't for me,
Sounds to much like ground hog day,
Everyday, the same for eternity,
No change, the same ol shit over and over,
Like a CD stuck on repeat.
Whether Heavan or Hell,
Suffering or rejoicing,
It is the same...God please forbid...for eternity!
No thank you,
I think I will take my chances with life.
Joyously different!
Do not get me started on purgatory,
An eternity of waiting,
Just to be told you are going to Hell!
The afterlife can wait...
I sure am enjoying life...
With its ups and downs,
Never the same,
The best of both Heavan and Hell.
Eve sure got it right,
Now listen to your wife!
