LoveforSoobin requested another heart fluttering chapter. I hope your hearts will do somersaults with this one ~

A small smile rested on your face as you felt the warm presence behind you, your head leaned back against his shoulder as you looked up at the stars above you. His hands rested softly on your midsection, after he had snaked his arms around you. Your hands rested on top of his, while he had draped his jacket over your torso, as a blanket, in an attempt to keep you warm. He didn't need the jacket anyways, he was wearing his usual blue hoodie.

Your eyes travelled over to the few tupperware boxes beside the two of you. Only an hour ago you had both sat and ate the food you had packed together. All of your shared favorite foods. It had still be slightly dark back then, the sun had been going down when you had met up at the park, on the hill where you shared your first kisses.

You had been there before him, standing with a blanket over your arm, when you had seen him running up the hill towards you, with the boxes you packed the day before in his hands. A wide smile had stayed on his face each second he had ran up that hill, it was almost as if he didn't realize how steeply it was going upwards. His eyes had shone with pure happiness as if they held the whole galaxy in them, the moment he had seen you.

Even now, when he was staring up at the sky, looking at the bright sparkling stars on the sky, a small soft smile rested on his face and his eyes sparkled as per usual. His pretty deep dark brown eyes.

A small smile slowly spread on your face as you stared at him instead of the sky. You quietly studied his perfect features. That perfectly shaped nose, his pretty rosy lips, that you loved pecking so much, and those big round eyes that always held so much love in them. Slowly his smile spread across his cheeks before a small laugh escaped the small crack that his smile automatically had formed between his two lips.

"Are you actually gonna look at the stars or are you gonna continue admiring my handsome looks?" Jungwon mocked as he glanced down at you.

"I prefer the stars in your eyes," you spoke making him let out a small snort, softly turning your head to look up towards the starry sky.

"I love you, but I hate those remarks," he stated, amusement lacing every tone that escaped his throat.

"I love you too," you muttered and pressed a kiss to his cheek before looking back up at the sky.

Your eyes scanned each star on the sky before they stopped and rested at the sight of the moon. Tonight was only a half-moon but it was beautiful nonetheless. You liked to watch the moon, especially on those nights when Jungwon had late night practices. You found comfort in the fact how both of you could be looking at the moon at the same time, even if you weren't together at the same time.

You had almost jumped out of his arms when you had felt a soft sensation of a kiss on your cheek, before Jungwon had placed his chin on your shoulder, forcing you to look straight ahead once again, overlooking the lake further down the hill.

"Why? Am I not allowed to look at the sky anymore?" you let down a small laugh at him as he just hummed and rubbed his hands over yoru stomach in soft motions.

"I guess I have to admit that I prefer you looking at the stars in my eyes," he muttered in a small voice, sounding like he was trying to surpress a small laugh, before he turned his head and nuzzled his nose into your neck.

"Oh really? Then why won't you let me look into them?" you questioned him in amusement.

"Because you make my heart beat abnormally fast whenever you look at me and then I can't contain the urge to kiss you," he quietly muttered against your neck making you let out a small laugh before looking back down at the lake once again.

"I mean... I wouldn't mind," you muttered, "I like your kisses."

"I don't think you get my concern... my fear is my heart would beat too fast for my body," he admitted making another small laugh escape your lips.

Just the sound of your laugh was enough for Jungwon's heart to leap in his chest and for his stomach to be filled with the prettiest butterflies. The things you couldn't do to him or make him do was unbelieveable. All you had to do was look at him and he knew he would never love another person. All you had to do was smile at him and he was ready to burn the whole world down for you.

You knew how he wouldn't hesitate to drop everything in his hands if he could save you from spilling any tears or for your smile to drop just one millimeter. He wanted your eyes to sparkle with love and for your smile to blind the dullest of people in this world. He wanted you to stay as the beacon of light you had been for him, and he wanted everyone to see how happy of a person you were.

"You know what?" Jungwon spoke up and you slowly shook your head, careful with his head that still was nuzzled into the crook of your neck, "was that a no?"

"It was," you hummed at him.

"I think you're my little beacon of luck and happiness," he muttered making you smile widely.

You slowly pulled yourself out of his grip, making his jacket fall down into your lap as you turned and looked at him.

"What?" he questioned.

You didn't answer. Instead you just quickly leaned in and pecked his lips carefully. As you pulled away from him again you could see a small smile resting on his face.

"I know," you softly assured him making him immediately reach out and pull you into yet another tight and cuddly hug, this time you were actually facing him.

You smiled in the embrace and wrapped your arms tightly around him as well, feeling his warmth slowly warm you up once again, now that his jacket had dropped into your lap.
