When they enter the base the the moods of the people from central base fell.
The north base is too dirty!and people inside were all malnourished and dirty!

The plump man chuckle
"I am the new boss of the north base,Lim chu"
Chen Zhangwei look down at the short plump man
"I came here to take over the northbase!whoever wants to object tell us and we will happily explain the situation!"
He said while bring out their weapons waiting for any objection
"You cant do that!"
Lim Chu object but the Chen Zhangwei just kick him
"I really dont have a plan,but seeing the people and seeing you and your soldiers change my plan!"
Liang Xuiying was just watching from inside while eating popcorn and drinking coke she buy from a cinema.
"I wont allow it!"
Chen Zhangwei chuckle and turn to look at the car,
Liang Xuiying got what he mean so she hand over some more explosives to the soldier guarding the car,
The soldiers from north was looking from the wall and they all saw what happen so they shiver when they saw the explosives.

The people from north thought that she was a goddess descent from the heaven!

One of them shoot his gun down so the people was startled and look at the soldier
"Look again and i dont mind kill you all!"
He said coldly so no one dare anymore!
Liang Xuiying walks toward him and ask
"Are we going to bring them back?i mean the civillians?"
"It depends"
He answer precisely so Liang Xuiyng nod and said
"Then call me if you want,i'll take some cars for them"
Then return to the car,
The people felt pity when the goddess was out of their sight
Chen Zhangwei shoot near Lim Chu's feet and ask

He ask really wanted to kill the bastard!the way he was looking at Liang Xuiying already violated his bottomline so he shoot him in his foot!
The trash soldiers wanted to fight but they were scared,
