Kotaro's POV(Few days ago)

"We are close to where I felt the huge honkai energy."

Reanna explained as we passed through honkai beasts without facing them.

There was no time as this may be our only chance to properly escape from here through the eye of the deep.

'System has located a soul fragment.'

".....?" I stopped.

"Kotaro?" Seeing me stop even Reanna stopped.

"Go on ahead, Reanna. I'll catch up soon."

She frowned at me.

"Are you planning to do something stupid again?"

"Nah. Just an errand."

She stared emotionlessly at me for a second before turning in the direction we  were going.

"Hurry up."

"......" She's gone.

A small piece of pink crystal floated above my hand. It reflected my face partially. But it seemed to be broken.

'Commence Absorption?'

I felt a bit dizzy but it went away immediately.

"This is hard to believe. " Bronya raised her eyebrows.
