"You're going to work today after school right?" Clair and I were lying outside under a tree admiring the beautiful weather. We had spent tons of our time lately in the schools library studying for midterms. Then I went to work everyday after that.

"Yea, I am. I'm so beat though, this studying has made me crazy." I was so tired of reading through all of my past labs, and redoing math problems. I didn't mind reading through my classic books, and writing essays. Clair complained about every study sheet, and assignment she was given. It was funny, but I also felt the same way sometimes.

"I have so much information crammed into my head, Sarah it's unbelievable." Clair says and lets out a laugh. "I swear teachers are trying to make us crazy. I mean just wait until finals." Clair was right, teachers had been piling all our reviews on us. I saw it coming for midterms, obviously.

"I'm not looking forward to any of it." We go back to relaxing underneath the big tree. The campus had become full of people since the weather started going up. They would all sit in the grass and read from their large textbooks.

I check my watch and realize I have to get to work. The small break was enjoyable, but now I was off again to work at my amazing job. "I'm sorry, but I have to leave you." Clair pouts and I get up. My navy sundress falls just above my knees when I get up, and my wedges sink into the grass.

"See you later." Clair says while I walk away. I get into my car and start my drive to work. The skies had been a clear blue all week so far, and work had been far too fun. The guy named Josh that had been training me for the job, had made my days much better. We laughed and joked around all day. It was probably too immature, but we didn't care.

I have come to learn that Josh is super nice, and is actually a pretty cute guy. He actually went to the same college as Me, but I never saw him because he takes classes completely off campus. He was shy as well, and that was even funnier. He was the total opposite of Harry.

I haven't really talked to Harry much recently, he's been avoiding me since the dinner we went to. It was awkward and I didn't know why he didn't want to speak to me, I mean I didn't do anything wrong.

Harry never talked to me about his father again, and I wonder if he had seen his father at all. His father should've been in Texas for about 3 days now, and he must've had to at least call his father. I honestly didn't know why I was thinking about Harry and his father, but I decided to stop right when I pulled into the parking lot of my workplace.

When I walked through the doors Hannah greeted me right away. "Good afternoon Sarah." She walked beside while I walked to the staff only break room to punch in. I've learned some things about Hannah as well. Like she graduated college just two years ago, and now she wanted to take over her mother's store.

"Hi Hannah. How's your day been?" I ask her while punch in. Today I was working at the checkout, which wasn't too hard and sometimes Josh came to visit when I was free.

"It's been good, pretty busy actually." Hannah and I discuss how the weather brings in new customers, and how people like to read in the cool air. The bookshop was nicely ventilated and I loved staying in the cool air.
