I feel myself falling over the edge and I don't know what to do.

Suddenly, I feel a strong grip on my wrist as my fall comes to an abrupt stop.

Dangling by my one arm, I feel even more panic build up inside of me.

I look up and see Gwi-nam holding me by my arm.

"Hey asshole! Don't you dare let her go!" I hear a familiar voice yell.

I look over at Su-hyeok, who is looking at me, scared.

Then I turn back to Gwi-nam.

He turns his head to Su-hyeok.

"I will, if you don't get back!" He smirks at Su-hyeok.

But Su-hyeok doesn't budge.

"Back off already!" Gwi-nam yells at him.

Then he smirks.

"Or do you want me to let her go?" He asks quieter.

Then he slowly lifts his pinky finger from my arm, followed by his ring finger.

"Gwi-nam" I shiver.

"Stop, please" My voice is shaking.

"Stop it already, you psycho! Okay, I'm backing off" Su-hyeok tells him, a scowl on his face.

I see his hands tightening into fists as he shakes in anger and fear.

I hear Gwi-nam chuckle.

"Now that's more like it" he says.

I turn my head from Su-hyeok to Gwi-nam.

He smirks at me.

"Even though you've given me a lot of reasons to kill you, I just can't do that, princess."

Then he pulls me up, and I land on the scaffolding again.

Quickly, he turns me around and presses my shaking body against the wall.

"I have a better plan, though. I'll turn you into a half-zombie, too, and we'll be the god and goddess of this new world."

He smiles at me psychotically and shiver.

My eyes widen as his mouth comes closer to my neck, ready to bite me.

But he abruptly stops and turns his head upwards, looking into all sorts of directions.

Okay.

What.

The.

Heck?

He grabs onto my shoulders tightly, starting to wail.

Then he slowly pulls me down to the ground with him.

I slightly turn my head to the others and see Nam-ra whimpering too as she holds her ears.

From the corner of my eye, I see Cheong-san standing up slowly as he looks into my direction.

Gwi-nam lets me go as he continues wailing.

As he leaves me on the floor, he stands up again and leans onto the wall, whimpering.

In a flash, I see Cheong-san running towards Gwi-nam, before pushing the boy off of the scaffolding.

A gasp leaves my mouth as I jump to my feet.

Standing next to Cheong-san I look over the edge of the scaffolding.

I turn my head away when I see Gwi-nam's body crash against the ground with a thud.
