Faythe eyed the closing in arch of the entrance in. Her feathers raising slightly as if to warn her of this place. But she didn't get long to think about it as Usopp grabbed her by the wrist to hurry up, "Your lagging behind, Fae. Don't wanna lose you in this massive place."

Faythe smiled unconsciously at the use of her nickname, "I'm not sure I'll get lost because I could just fly around until I find you guys, but thanks for the concern."

Usopp jutted out his bottom lip and scoffed before turning around and letting go of her wrist, "Well never mind then--! You clearly don't need my worrying then..."

"--Wait! I mean, I have a plan if I got lost! That doesn't mean I want to get lost!" Faythe hurriedly clamped her hand around Usopp's startled one.

"Wha--" The sniper glanced down at his cupped hand with a calming look on his face as he felt his nerves start to ease, "--Fine! Whatever makes you feel better..."

"--C'mon guys!! YoUr sLoOwW~!" Luffy hollered back at the two with both his arms waving aggressively in the air.

Faythe and Usopp glanced at each other and immediately started to sprint towards him, large grins on their faces as they managed to startle the Captain and tackle him to the ground.

Nami watched with small smile while shaking her head at their childishness, "First, let's go to the exchange." She walked past them, not even bothering to stop their little tussle in the sand.

Luffy managed to roll over and knock the two crewmates off him, "Why not just go straight to the shipyard?" He scrambled up to his feet before Faythe could grab his ankle and yank him back down. He eventually caught up to Nami with the wagon of bagged gold.

"It's not good to run around the island carrying so much gold..." Usopp called out, while tripping Faythe when she tried to chase after Luffy.

"OI--! Whose side are you on!!" Faythe raised her fist at the fleeing sniper, who sped walked towards the other side of Nami.

Usopp practically shivered at the thought of greedy eyes peering down at them because of how much gold they possess. it was basically putting targets on their backs, "Thinking about it makes me sweat like crazy..."

Faythe flew over in her parrot form, sitting on top of the bags, resulting in a free ride, "It's not like we'll get less money if we exchange later."

Usopp shot the parrot a stern look, "That's not the problem!! You're carrying so much gold in public!! What if we run into robbers!?" He stressed.

Luffy gave the sniper a blank look, "We are the robbers."

Faythe just shrugged her wings, "We could just... Steal it back like the pirates we are."

Nami tilted her head in thought, "Hm... I agree with Usopp... By the way, after we change it into cash, Usopp and I will carry it for you two."

"Hm?" Luffy tilted his head, "What are you implying? Are you saying that I can't carry money?"

Nami smiled, "Correct, because you'll lose it."

"Yup, That's Luffy for ya!" Usopp laughed.

Luffy gritted his teeth and glared at the man, "IS THAT HOW YOU THINK OF ME!!?"

"Yup." Nami popped the 'p'.

Luffy pointed his thumb over his shoulder, "What about Fae!? Do you think she's gonna lose it too!?"

Faythe blinked at the sudden call of her nickname, "Yes?"

Usopp sighed, "Fae would just get distracted since she's just waiting for another adventure to to start..."
