"Hiii..."

Vinay's voice filled with surprise as Ashwin stood outside the door step, two days after the audio launch and he smiled at him showing his dimple... "Hiii..." He responded back waiting for him to call him in and vinay jerk off realising the thing...

"Vaanga..." He said giving way for him to come inside and he thanked him while entering inside... "Eppudi irukka..." Ashwin asked as he walked to the hall and he nodded... "Hmm nalla irukken... Neenga..." He asked back and Ashwin nodded...

The change in terms between them was so obvious to both and Ashwin could praise all the entities he knows for this... In the past weeks he had spoken to vinay twice or thrice through phone as shivangi would connect them into conferences, plastering them to build a healthy bond...

Thanks to her, they have now grown a conversation which can go beyond a simple hi and bye...

"Ukaarunga... " He said showing his hands to the couch in front of them and Ashwin took his seat with grace...

"Aama edhuku innum vaanga ponga 'ndra, ahmmm mama nu... kupuda vendiyathu thaana..." Gaining all the courage he has, he asked as casual as he could and vinay snapped his head to him... As his shock turned into a glare Ashwin gulped the lumb...

"Illa appudi illa... Unakku venum na kupudu illana, Ashwin neyy kupudu..." He added and vinay tightened his lips, controlling the smile...

"Uncle enga..." He asked, changing the topic and vinay frowned, "appa ulla irukaaru... Neenga avara paaka thaan vandheengala..." He asked, confusion evident in his tone and Ashwin nodded with a sigh, "hmm aama... Uncle kitta konjam pesanum... Avara kupudriya..."

He asked and even before vinay could reply they saw Krishna Kumar walking down the stairs... Seeing him Ashwin stood up immediately and vinay turned to his father with a frown, "appa kitta yenna pesa poreenga..."

He mumbled turning his attention back to Ashwin and he just shrugged, "social media paathala, un akka ku venaam na kooda I owes an explanation to him..." He said and vinay was visibly taken back by his statement...

"Ashwin..." Krishna Kumar's voice reached their ears and the duo turned their attention to him... "yenna indha pakkam..." he asked confused and vinay gazed in between the men...

"Illa unga kitta konjam pesanum sir..." He said adjusting his tucked in shirt and her father frowned at his words... "Vinay... nee poyi Amma kitta coffee pottu kondu vara sollu... po..." Krishna kumar said to his son making him confused and vinay squinted his eyes suspiciously...

"Podaa..." He repeated and vinay moved his eyes from Ashwin to his father before moving away with a sigh...

Walking into the kitchen he took his phone from the pockets and called his sister who went out for a recording...

"Yenna da..." She asked as soon as the line got connected and he squealed, "eyyy un aalu veetuku vandhurukaaru dii..." He screamed as a whisper and binni turned to him hearing his voice...

"Endha daa munungunne..."(What are you murmuring...) She asked flipping the thick dosa and he ran near her, "ayoo maa, un marumon vannekuva..." (Ayohhh mummy, your son in law is here...) Hearing him binni gave up on the spatula before turning to him excitedly...

"Eyyy Ashwin vannirukka... Naa poyiii nokatte..."(Heyyy Ashwin is here I guess... I will go and see him...) before she could sprint to the hall vinay pulled her back and shivangi on the other hand hanged up the call...

She walked out of the studio with her sling bag and placed her phone close to her ears only to hear the ringing sound going on for a long while... He was not answering the call and she dialed him again and again only to get the same response making her pissed off ...
