Vivian sat contently near the blazing fire that kept the boarding house warm. With a cup filled to the brim with a questionable red liquid, she pondered. About the cure, about her life before, and her life now. About her aunt, Vivian couldn't help but question if she was really a relative at all.
The brothers. Vivian scoffed and shook her head as she took a sip. Scrambling around yonder, scouting and getting lost in wild goose chases for a cure that may or may not even work, for ways to kill the deemed "unkillable"
What had their life become? The drama, the high school crushes, the dances.....was there a point to all of it? Or were they doing it to drag the time they have along?
Elena. She thought, a bit bitterly if someone heard it out loud. Thankfully no one was around too. The girl was something. Vivian, didn't feel as if she was comparable to her. Yet, both brothers seemed equally fascinated with her, not including the doppelgänger aspect. And, now, the vampire aspect.
Klaus was MIA. At least, that was what Vivian knew of him before she and her band of lovers went on their little hunt. Last she heard he had a fascination with Caroline. Vivian could see the potential, however it was never going to happen. And never is a long time in Mystic Falls.

"Penny for your thoughts?" A voice caused her
To turn her head away from the fire. Stefan stood with a glass of whiskey in his hand.

"Perhaps we should refrain from using that sentence." Vivian muttered.

"You might be right." Stefan said, as he joins her by the fire. "What's on your mind?" He rephrased. Vivian smiled.

"Something's going down." She says, adjusting in her seat, she noticed the lack of Damon but doesn't voice it.

"I agree."

"Other than the obvious stuff going on, something else is happening." Vivian says. An unsettling statement for someone unused to current chaos. Stefan nodded in a silent agreement. Vivian watched as he watched her. A starring unspoken starring contest played out with no intention of a winner, but a prize will be handed out to the winner once there's one declared.

Vivian had lost, blinking, she grabbed her drink and chugged the last bit, her pink lips now tinted a light red. "Well, whatever happens, we'll be ready for it. Witch powers or not." A new voice
Sounds from the foyer and both Stefan and Vivian turn to face Damon.

"I suppose." Vivian said, and stood up from her chair. She sent a sly smile towards Stefan and immediately he followed in tow.

"I'll be here." Damon said, sending her a wink as she walked past him.

Rebekah. She was back. Holding Elena hostage in the high school, Stefan and Vivian had left their drinks at Mystic Grill and quickly called Caroline, knowing she was ready and able to do what they wanted with a White Oak stake. However, as always, plans failed. "Well, fancy that?" Rebekah says, with a smile, as she looks from Stefan to Vivian. "Follow me." She demands. Ultimately, they have no choice but to.

As they enter the library, Vivian takes note of the other hostages in the room. Elena, Caroline, and April, the recent Miss Mystic Falls winner.

"Class is in session." Says Rebekah, "you've all been compelled, you know the rules. Answer my questions honestly. No disobedience, no one leave. April, my sweet, listen and take notes. This is how you get answers in this town."

"Jeez." Vivian muttered

"Let's start with a little quiz." Rebekah started, "in the year 1114, my brother learned, thanks to yours truly....about a brotherhood of vampire hunters with tattoos that grew with each kill, those tattoos reviled what, Elena?"

"A map." Elena answered

"Which led to what, Caroline?"

"A cure for vampirism."

"Perfect. So we're all caught up."

"Stefan Salvatore, the last time we saw each other, you had a vampire hunter. But in order to to decode the map, you needed the location of the hunters sword....which you got out of me using some very dirty trick that no doubt came from Vivian...." She said, Vivian gave her a proud smile  and Rebekah continued.

"Assuming you found the sword, you also found the cure....and yet, you're all still vampires. So. Something went wrong. What are you doing?" Rebekah then asked, Towards April,
Who has been writing everything word for word in her little notebook.

"Oh, you asked me to take notes."

"I wasn't being literal, darling. But now that you mention it, a flow chard would be nice. Which means index cards and push pins. Go fetch." She said, and quickly, April got up from the table and left.

"You're wasting your time. We don't know anything." Stefan says

"So you just gave up? I thought you do anything to cure Elena."

"She kissed Damon. Once. Probably more than once. But we hashed it out, it won't happen again because we're together...." Vivian said, which caused Elena to adjust in her seat uncomfortably, Vivian sent her a smile, which Elena didn't return, but it didn't bother her.

"Wait, okay. Wow. Interesting. I guess the sharing only applies to you three." Rebekah said, with a chuckle.

"Nice." Vivian replied

"Well, now that I'm all caught up, I have a call to make." Rebekah says, and pulls out her cell phone and put it to her ear. "Tyler." She says.
Immediately, Vivian shares a concerned look with Caroline. What could Rebekah possible have planned?
