Ross has met Maia at the mall
Maia said she was leaving to do a movie
Ross was asked to do a movie in Puerto Rico, and he was told his co-star would be someone named, "Maia Mitchell."
But since the Maia he met at the mall, didn't tell him her last name, he doesn't know anything yet.

Ross' POV
After a whole, 5 hour flight, the plane finally landed.
"Attention Passengers of Flight 8301, our plane has just landed in Puerto Rico. Thank you for choosing California Airways."
We all stood up to get our luggage and as the airplane door flung open, we made our way out.
I spent a few minutes walking through all those passports, visas, and ticket booths. So when I finally got out of that, there was a man wearing a nice tux, holding out a paper, which spelled my name.
ROSS
LYNCH
Huh, I guess they got me a limo.
I walked next to the nice man and he asked, "Ross Lynch?"
"That's me!" I said.
"The director of Teen Beach Movie sent me here to come pick you up and drop you off at the hotel where all your co-stars are."
"Ok!"
"Shall we?"
"Uh... Sure!"
Ok, so maybe I wasn't use to all this yet. But I'll get use to it soon.

The man put my luggage in the back of the limo and I sat inside.
Along the way, I called my family, to let them know I was here. Safe and sound.

Ross: Mom!
Stormie: Ross honey! How was your flight? Are you there yet?
Ross: Yup! I'm in Puerto Rico. There's this man that came to pick me up, so, I'm in a limo right now.
Mark: Wow. That movie's got some fancy things.
I laughed.
Ross: Sure does dad!
"Is that Ross?!" I heard Rydel scream from the back of the line.
After a few whispers, she finally came on.
Rydel: ROSS ROSS ROSS! OMG ARE YOU OK?! THERE WERE NO AIRPLANE TROUBLES RIGHT?!
Ross: I'm fine Rydel! Don't worry 😜
Rydel: Thank goodness you're safe! I just really miss you!
That definitely made me smile.
Ross: I miss ya too Delly!
Rocky: Hey man!
Looks like there are a lot of people on the phone.
Ross: Hey Rocky!
Ross: So, how's it going there in Puerto Rico?
Ross: So far so good!
Ratliff: Heeeyyy Rossss!
Ross: Heeeyyy Ratliffff!
Ok, there really are a lot of people here!
Ryland: Sup big bro!
Ross: Hey RyRy ;)
I started talking to them, each of them asking if I'm ok and all. After all that, I had to ask.
Ross: Hey, is... Umm... Laura there?
Rocky: Oh, actually, we're in The Marano's place!
Vanessa: Hey Ross!
Ross: Oh, hey Vanessa!
Vanessa: Laura's in her room with Riker.
Ross: R-Riker?...
Vanessa: Yeah...
I stayed frozen for a while, biting my lip.
Ross: Guys, can I talk to Vanessa?... Alone?
Everyone: SURE!
I heard footsteps, which I think was Vanessa going into her room and closing the door.
Vanessa: So, what's up?
Ross: I really need to talk to you...
Vanessa: *sighs* Dont worry. I know how you feel...
Ross: What's Laura doing with Riker?
Vanessa: You won't get mad... Will you?
Ross: I can try...
Vanessa: Well, when I peeked into her room, Riker was singing 'Crazy 4 U' to Laura, and after a while, they were both just laying down next to each other.
Wait. What did Vanessa just say?
Did I hear that properly?
She-She's kidding right?!
I mean, wait. Did Laura use Riker to replace me?!
No... She's too nice to do that.
So it's Riker! Ugh! I'll kill him!
Hold up! What am I even saying and why do I sound jealous?...
Vanessa: R-Ross? A-Are you there?
I heard Vanessa say, which suddenly snapped me out if my thoughts.
Ross: Huh? What?
Vanessa: You were thinking about it... Weren't you?
Ross: Maybe...
Vanessa: It's ok Ross...
Ross: Vanessa, can you tell me honestly... Does Laura hate me?
Vanessa: She can never hate you Ross.
Ross: Then... Why didn't she come to the airport to at least say goodbye?
Vanessa: It hurt her too much, Ross... Cause once we got home, we found her hugging a picture of-
~Vanessa's Thoughts~
Oops! I wasn't suppose to tell him that...
Ross: She-She was hugging a picture of what?
Vanessa: Um, nothing.
"Sir, this is the hotel where you will be staying at for 4 months." The limo driver said as he stopped the car.
Ross: I have to go Nessa... Miss ya big sis
Vanessa: Bye... Miss ya too lil' bro

I stepped down the limo and looked around me.
Trees.
Beaches.
Waves.
And huge hotel that has five stars at the side.
I walked in and right away, a man was right there in front of the door, "Ross Lynch!"
"Um, hi?" I said, not knowing who he was.
"I'm the director of Teen Beach Movie! Welcome to Puerto Rico!" He said, walking me in.
Oops. That was a mistake.
"Oh! I am so sorry! It's nice to meet you! And uh, thank you," I shook his hand.
"Oh, that's not a problem! Come, I'll drop you off to your suite and I'll tell our female lead, who is your co-star to meet up with you in your room so you both can get to know each other better, since you'll be playing a couple in the movie!" He said.
"Great! And wow. I get a suite?!"
"Of course! Only the finest for our stars!"
"Thanks! And, the female lead, her name is Maia right?"
"Yes. Maia Mitchell."
"Ok then!"
This hotel is AWESOME! Teen Beach Movie, is gonna be great. I have a good feeling about this.

Once the director dropped me off to my room, along with a bell boy carrying my bags, I jumped onto the bed. So relaxing!
There was even a view of the beach out my terrace!
It was so cool!
I closed my eyes for a while, but then I heard a knock on my door.
I walked to it and opened it up.
"Hi! I'm Ma- ROSS?!"
