[Delilah's POV]

"Dil, it's time for school," bear whispered as he walked into my room. "Honey, wake up," he said. He kept out a sigh and pulled my covers away from my head. "Oh my god..."
"What?" I grumbled.
"Your hair..."
"Huh?"
"Where'd all your hair go?" he asked as he knelt down next to my bed.
"Oh," I blushed. "Dad cut it off,"
"Phil!" he yelled.
"Yeah?"
"Come here please!"
"What's up?" he asked.
"Would you like to explain what you did to your daughters hair?"
"What do you mean what I did? She cut it off herself, then Winnie cut some off, then I evened it out,"
"Why?"
"Cause I wanted it gone," I pouted.
"Why?"
"Because,"
"Delilah Rose Howlter, give me an actual reason!"
"Stop yelling!" Winston yelled through the walls. "It's too early for this!"
"Get your ass up and eat breakfast, we'll be down in a minute!"
"Okay!"
"So, Dil, where's that reason?"
"Oh Dan, stop pestering her. So what? She wanted it off,"
"I actually wanted it a bit shorter," I mumbled.
"What?"
"Yeah," dad smiled. "We talked about bit last night and we decided that she's gonna come to my hairdresser and get it cut like mine,"
"Dad..."
"Yeah?"
"Can I get it dyed too?"
"Sure," he shrugged. "Now get ready for school."

"Dilly! Come on, we have to get to your hair appointment,"
"I'm here," I smiled.
"You excited?"
"Yeah," I chuckled.
"Hey...wanna drive?"
"What..." I gapsed. "D-Dad I've never driven before in my life...I'd kill us..."
"Come on, it's not that hard. Just go easy on the gas and don't slam the breaks and you should be fine,"
"O-Okay..." I gulped. Dad tossed me the keys as we headed for the door.
"Oh, and don't tell bear...he'd literally kill me,"
"What about Winnie?"
"Good idea,"
"What?"
"Winnie!"
"Yeah?" he mumbled.
"Wanna drive the car?"
"Sure,"
"Great, let's go."

"Winnie, you nearly killed us!" I chuckled as we walked into the house.
"Hello everyone," a familiar flamboyant man called.
"Uncle Tyler!" We yelled. We ran through the corridor and tackled him with hugs; since we both tower over him, we nearly killed him. "How have you guys been?"
"Good," we laughed.
"Delilah, dear, you look amazing. Love the hair,"
"Thanks," I chuckled. "Is Uncle Troye here too?"
"No," he pouted, "he's visiting his mother...unfortunately, she's really sick at the moment,"
"Oh...I'm sorry..."
"Is queen Jackie here?"
"No," he laughed.
"But I am..."
"Stefi!" Winston yelled. He ran over to her, picked her up, and spit her around. "I missed you so much," he whispered.
"I missed you too..." she cried as she kissed him.
"Alright, alright, break it up," dad awkwardly said.
"Hey papa," Stefanie said.
"Yes?"
"Can I sleep here tonight?"
"Absolutely not!"
"Fine," she pouted. "How late can I stay?"
"No later than 10. Got that?"
"Yes papa,"
"Good," he kissed her cheek. "We're going out to dinner,"
"What are we gonna do for dinner?" Stefanie asked.
"We have the pizza guy in speed dial," I said.
"Really?"
"Sadly, yes," I joked.
"We'll see you guys later," Tyler waved.
"If you guys need anything, don't hesitate to call. Winnie, call us if Dil is dying and vice versa. Got it?" bear mumbled.
"Got it," we said.
"You look gorgeous by the way Dil,"
"Thanks bear," I beamed.
"We'll see you later,"
"TTFN," I teased.
"I'm gonna hit you," he smirked. "Bye guys,"
"Bye."

[Dan's POV]

"Tyler, thank you so much, dinner was fantastic,"Louise thanked.
"I'm honestly surprised you guys have never been here before. You've lived in the UK your entire lives for god's sake,"
"We've just never gotten around to it," I shrugged.
"Well, I better head back to the hotel,"
"We'll walk with you," Phil offered.
"No, it's fine,"
"Oh come on, it's only a block away. We insist," Louise smiled.
"Alright," Tyler shrugged.

After we paid, we all collected our belongings and walked a block over so Tyler could get to his hotel. Once we walked in, we spotted the bar out of the corner of our eyes.

"You guys wanna sit down and have one more drink for the road?"
"I'd feel bad," Louise started, "one of us wouldn't get to,"
"Why not?"
"Cause someone's gotta drive us home,"
"I won't drink," Phil offered.
"I'd feel bad," she pouted.
"No, I insist. I always have an amazing time watching you and Dan get drunk together,"
"Hey!" I scoffed.
"Am I lying?"
"No..."
"That's what I thought," he kissed my cheek. "Come on, first rounds on me."

We drank and talked for a little while longer; then we noticed the time.

"It's past ten," Tyler mumbled. "Y'know what, Stefi can sleepover, I guess," he shrugged. "Just make sure she sleeps in Delilah's room,"
"We have a guest bedroom y'know," Phil laughed.
"Even better,"
"Hey Philly," I started, "I'm gonna go to the bathroom, then we can go. Okay?"
"Okay," he chuckled.

I stumbled off my bar stool and made my way to the bathroom. As I stood in the hallway that led to the toilet, a kind woman bumped into me.

"Sorry," I hiccuped.
"Dan?" she raised a brow.
"Do I know you?"
"It's me...Jess?"
"Oh! Hi," I smiled.
"How are the twins?"
"Good! They're very good!"
"That's good," she laughed. "Where's Phil?" she asked as she looked around.
"I dunno," I mumbled. "Wh-"

I was cut off by a semi-passionate kiss being planted on my lips. Being in my drunk state, my common sense just flew out the window, so I just stood there until-

"Dan!" Phil yelled.
"Phil..." I gasped. "It's not what it looks like," I slurred.
"Really? Then what the fuck is going on?"

Shit...he swore

"I-I-"
"He still loves me. Isn't that right Danny?"
"Wha?"
"Dan, explain yourself!"
