"Taking a break"

Nandini reached home after the office hour and got busy with her designs.

Manik was sitting in his room and thinking about the day.

"So bull is coming with me to delhi. Interesting..",manik said to himself and then started doing his work.

He came down for dinner and nandini too came down.

"We were waiting for u two only. Come lets start.", nyonika said looking at them.

They settled down and started having dinner.

"Nandini any plans for the weekend because if u don't have one then lets have some gathering. Bhai is going to delhi so leave him and rest of us will enjoy. So what do u think?",mukti asked her.

Manik looks at nandini confused on why she didn't inform them.

Nandini too looks at manik for a second but then looks at others.

"Mukti i am going to delhi this weekend ,i am sorry to tell this late. Actually everything happened today only.", nandini said them.

"So finally u took a day leave. Good",mukti said her.

"I didn't, i am going with my boss.", nandini said her.

"Boss?",nyonika asked her.

"Aunty actually i am assisting him for a meeting. So i will take out some time and visit mom too.",nandini said her.

"Manik i think the company in mumbai are losing its charm. Everyone is taking deal from delhi. Ur company and now nandini's too are dealing with company outside Mumbai.",raj said to manik.

"Yes dad.",manik said slowly.

"Beta, when is ur flight.",raj asked nandini.

"Uncle 2'o clock", nandini said him.

"Manik ur flight is also at 2 right.", nyonika asked him to which he nodded.

"Manik see that she don't have any problem with her boss and make sure she reaches delhi safe.",raj said to manik and manik nodded in yes.

They finished their dinner and went to their rooms.

It was around midnight when her designs completed and only little finishing was required.

"I will do the finishing thing after sometime. My hands are paining so much right now.",she said to herself and closed the files.

She stood up.

"I should go out and relax myself for a while then continue.",she said and went to the garden and sat on the bench.

Manik was in his room preparing the presentation for tomorrow. He yawns in middle.

"I need a coffee and some relaxation before continuing.",he said and was going to the kitchen but stopped seeing nandini going to the garden. He watched her sitting on the bench and went to kitchen.

He made coffee and pour it in two coffee mugs and went to the garden.

Nandini was staring at the stars.

"Hii",manik said from behind.

Nandini got startled and turns.

"Hii ",she says releasing a breath of sigh.

"Coffee",he offered her and she took it and smiled at him.

He sat beside her.

"Thanks for the coffee, its good.", nandini said taking a sip of coffee.
