Never forever

Love lasts for ever.

We met in his hometown. Hung out all the time. We smiled more and laughed harder when we were together. Life was somewhat happier, easier with him by my side.

Love lasts for ever.

We were teenagers when he asked me out. He wrote songs about me, singing them in a way I'd never heard him sing before. He treated me like a princess. His smile was different around me. More happy, more genuine.

Love lasts forever.

We lasted all through our teens and into our twenties. He proposed. The thought of marrying him made me happy. The planning began. I was stressed but somehow he always managed to make me laugh.

Love lasts for ever.

The was big day arrived. In my elegant white dress and my hair and makeup done perfectly, I felt beautiful. Walking down the aisle, I felt like a princess. I lock eyes with my husband-to-be as I reached the alter. "You look amazing" he whispered, as a blush crept up on my cheeks. As I say the words 'I do', I can't help but think of how lucky I am.

Love lasts forever.

A baby has arrived and I couldn't be more in love with her. Shame I can't say the same thing about my husband. Arguments are becoming regular. The sound of yelling and door slamming could be heard from a mile away. The day comes when I've had enough. I know it's not a good environment for my 18 month old daughter. I pack my bags, grab my baby from her crib and walk out the front door, yelling "I'm done! I'm over this! Good bye Johnny"

I thought love lasts for ever: I was wrong.

This was inspired by a poem I read in English class.

Thinking about starting a book on a completely different username. A book that has nothing to with Johnny. Oops.

Ok byeeeeee
