Marks p.o.v
I wasn't going to give up that easily. I walked back in and grabbed Y/N. Luke tried to hit her again so I punched him knocking him to the ground. I dragged her into the car and she cried on my shoulder.
"Shh shh it's okay." I said. After a few minutes she calmed down.
"I'm sorry I didn't tell you Mark... I didn't think you would care." She said.
"Why would I not care? You're my best friend and I hate to see you going through this." I said.
"He didn't hurt me that bad." She said softly. I knew she was lying. I grabbed he arms and moved the sleeves and pulled down her scarf.
"He didn't hurt you?" I questioned.
"How long had this been going on for?" I asked.
"It started about a month after we started dating." Y/N said.
"You can't stay with him. I'm taking you back to my home and we're getting your life back on track." I said. She nodded.
"Don't cry." Y/N was about to cry again but I pulled her in for another hug. I knew I loved Y/N but she was afraid of getting into another relationship. I would eventually make her mine with no question in it.
