Alissa places her hand on my knee.

"You need anything, babe?" She asked with a sympathetic smile. I looked away from the laptop closing the lid,

"Just a friend." I said with a weak smile. She awed and moved the laptop to the end of Logan and I's bed. She reached over my now 7 month progress stomach (A/N: The time line is super messed up, I'm superrrr sorry) and hugged me tightly.

"I'm better than a friend, I'm almost, basically, practically, entirely--" I giggled into her shoulder, "a sister, your sister." She pulled away cupping my cheeks. "Get some rest, you're still recovering from your breakdown." She said sweetly, running her fingers through my hair.

She got off the bed and gave me a smile.

"H-Have you heard from Logan?" I said quickly, sitting up. She sighed.

"Not yet girl, he's still at set. I finally got ahold of Brendan and he said Logan has been shooting scenes for the Thinning back-to-back." She paused and crossed her arms. "He barely had the chance to do his introduction for the vlog." She concluded. I sighed.

"Oh..." I layed back against the headboard resting my hand on my stomach.

"I'm going to go make some soup. I'll be--" She started to say when all of the sudden my phone vibrated from a text I received. I leaped to the nightstand, picking up my phone. I looked back at Alissa and she rolled her eyes with sarcastic smile. "Go aheaddd." She sighed, opening the door, exiting the room.

I looked down at my IPhone 7 seeing a text from who I had assumed earlier was Logan. But it wasn't. It was Klaire, my sister.

Hey, can we talk?

Kennedy
Yeah what's up?

Klaire
I am having a really hard
time right now.

Kennedy
With what? Talk to me.

Klaire
The divorce is really taking
a toll on me.

Kennedy

I know it's hard, I am still
upset about it. But I can't focus
on it forever, I'll miss what is
happening right in front of me.
I'm pregnant for gods sake 😂

it's different for me. I'm in
High School, it puts more
stress and pressure on me.

went through the same thing
and I'm fine. I'm living with
the love of my life and we're
having a child together. Life
