Lauren's POV
I'm so happy to have Alex with me here in Toronto! I'm so lucky to have him.
(Lauren gets out of bed and goes to the kitchen to make breakfast.)
(30 minutes later)
Alex's POV
I woke up to the smell of delicious pancakes! Lauren obviously got up early and started making breakfast! Now it's time for me to join her.
"Morning babe!" Alex said. (He then gave her a kiss on the cheek.)
"Good morning Alex!" Lauren said.
"Those pancakes look delicious!" Alex said.
"Thanks babe! Here's your plate, enjoy!" Lauren said.
"Ok thanks babe!" Alex said.
(Lauren and Alex finished their breakfast and then started to get ready for their day.)
"Lauren, what do you wanna do today?" Alex asked.
"We could go to the mall," Lauren said.
"Ok," Alex said.
(Lauren and Alex went to the mall for bit and then got food. Later they went back to Lauren's apartment.)
(7 P.M.)
"Today was fun!" Alex said.
"Yeah I had a lot of fun!" Lauren said.
"I'm glad I came!" Alex said.
"Me too!" Lauren said.
(Lauren and Alex started watching tv, Lauren gets an unexpected phone call from her mom: MomDIY)
(L: Lauren; M: MomDIY)
L- Hello
M- Hi sweetie
L- Hi mom
M- How are you?
L- I'm good and you?
M- I'm good
L- How's dad?
M- He's doing great
L- Ok, um mom
M- Yes sweetie
L- Is there a reason why you are calling me?
M- Well actually yeah I wanted to ask you something
L- Ok what is it?
M- Well your father and I have been on your Instagram
L- Ok, what about my Instagram?
M- We've noticed you have a new boyfriend
L- Ok
M- And your recent Instagram post said something about how your boyfriend is visiting you in Toronto
L- So what are you saying?
M- We want to meet him
L- Oh
M- Will you come over tomorrow to introduce us to your new boyfriend?
L- Um I don't know mom, but I'll ask him
M- Ok call me back to let me know his response
L- Ok
M- Bye sweetie
L- Bye mom
Lauren's POV
Damn I didn't realize my parents would see my Insta and want to meet Alex. Well now I gotta ask him if he wants to meet them.
"Alex," Lauren said.
"What happened babe? Who called you?" Alex asked.
"My mom called me," Lauren said.
"Oh ok," Alex said.
"Yeah she wanted to talk to me about something," Lauren said.
"Like what?" Alex asked.
"She wanted to talk about you," Lauren said.
"Why me?" Alex said.
"You know how I posted a picture of us on Instagram and the caption was how your visiting me here in Toronto," Lauren said.
"Yeah and?" Alex asked.
"Well she and my dad talked and since you're visiting me, they want to meet you," Lauren said.
"Oh," Alex said.
"So Alex, do you wanna meet my parents?" Lauren asked.
"Sure," Alex said.
"Are you sure?" Lauren asked.
"Yeah, anyways it was gonna happen eventually, might as well meet them now," Alex said.
"Ok, I'll call my mom to let her know," Lauren said.
"Ok babe," Alex said.
(Lauren calls her mom.)
M- Hello
L- Hi mom
M- Hi Lauren, what did your boyfriend say?
L- He said yes
M- Ok come over to the house tomorrow for dinner
L- Ok mom
M- See you tomorrow sweetie
L- See you tomorrow
M- Bye Lauren
L- Bye mom
"Ok so my mom said to come over tomorrow for dinner," Lauren said.
"Ok," Alex said.
"Alright I'm gonna get ready for bed," Lauren said.
"Alright, I'll be waiting," Alex said.
Alex's POV
Ok, I'm meeting Lauren's parents tomorrow. Ok, I didn't think this would happen so quickly, but it'll go fine, I hope.
Hopefully you enjoyed this chapter. This chapter kind of sucks but I tried. Right now I'm having trouble writing since school is overwhelming me and writer's block decided to show up and join the fun. But I'll try to write chapters for you guys. Thank you guys for 2k reads.
