"AHHHHHHHH! ALEX!" Lauren screamed.
Lauren's POV
The guy pulls the trigger and Alex jumps and blocks the bullet from hitting me. But sadly he got shot!
(Lauren runs to Alex's side and sees that he was shot in the chest. Lauren then decides to call 911. When she is about to call, the guy tries taking her.)
"Alright blondie, let's go!" the guy yelled. (The guy starts pulling Lauren away from Alex.)
"No! Stop! I'm not going anywhere with you!" Lauren yelled.
(The guy doesn't want to leave Lauren so he grabs her by the hair to pull her.)
"LET'S GO! UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SHOT NEXT!" the guy yelled.
"Maybe that should be you!" Lauren yelled.
"Huh?" the guy said.
(Lauren then picks up his gun the he dropped and shoots him.)
"Ow! Ok I deserved that!" the guy yelled. (The guy gets up and walks away, in pain.)
"Lauren!" Alex said. (Lauren runs back to Alex.)
"Alex I'm right here! Stay with me! I'm gonna call 911!" Lauren said.
"Ok, ow! Are you uh ok?" Alex asked.
"I'm fine! But I'm more worried about you!" Lauren said.
(Lauren grabs Alex's hand and calls 911.)
Operator ~ 911 what's your emergency?
Lauren ~ Hi um my boyfriend has been shot in the chest
Operator ~ Ok how much blood is he losing?
Lauren ~ He is losing a lot
Operator ~ Can he get up?
Lauren ~ No, he's too weak
Operator ~ Where are you?
Lauren ~ We are at ***********
Operator ~ Ok an ambulance should be there in 10 minutes
Lauren ~ Ok thank you
(Lauren hangs up)
"Don't worry Chicken Tender, help is on the way," Lauren says with tears coming down her face.
"Ok babe!" Alex said.
"Thank you Alex! You didn't have to take that bullet for me," Lauren said.
"Of course I had to. I told you I would protect you no matter what!" Alex said.
"I love you so much!" Lauren said.
"I love you too!" Alex said.
(The ambulance arrived and took them to the hospital.)
(At the hospital)
"Alright ms you're gonna have to wait out here so we can do some tests on Mr. Burriss," the doctor said.
"Can I be in the room, please? I don't want to be away from him," Lauren said.
"I'm sorry but you have to wait out here," the doctor said.
"Ok fine," Lauren said.
Ugh I can't believe they won't let me in with him. Ugh! I just want to be with my Alex! Oh wait I should call Aaron!
(Lauren calls Aaron)
Aa~ Hello
L~ Hi Aaron it's Lauren (Lauren cries a little bit)
Aa~ Lauren are you ok? It sounds like you are crying
L~ I am
Aa~ Why? What happened?
L~ Alex is in the hospital
Aa~ Again?
L~ Yeah he got shot
Aa~ WHAT? How?
L~ I'll explain later, but you have to come to the hospital
Aa~ Ok is it the same hospital as last time
L~ Yes
Aa~ I'll see you there
L~ Bye
(15 minutes later)
"Lauren!" Aaron called out.
"Aaron," Lauren responded.
"Where is he?" Aaron asked.
"He is in that room," Lauren said while pointing at a room.
"Can we go in?" Aaron asked.
"No not yet," Lauren said.
"Why?" Aaron asked.
"They said they're doing test on him," Lauren responded.
"Oh ok," Aaron said.
(10 minutes later)
"Family of Alexander Burriss," the doctor called out.
"That's us," Aaron responds.
"Well Mr. Burriss is fine. We removed the bullet from his chest. He did lose a lot of blood, but it's not enough for it to be a major problem. But we will have to keep him here in the hospital for the night, for further information," the doctor said.
"Ok thank you doctor," Lauren said.
"You may enter to see him," the doctor said.
"Ok," Aaron said.
(Lauren and Aaron walked in and saw Alex laying down on the bed.)
"Alex! You're ok," Lauren said. (She immediately ran to his side and grabbed his hand.)
"Of course I am, I wasn't gonna leave you babe," Alex responded.
"Hey bro, how are you feeling?" Aaron asked.
"Hi Aaron, I'm ok just in pain," Alex responded.
"Oh ok. So I wanna know what happened?" Aaron asked.
"Alex do you wanna explain?" Lauren asked.
"Yeah sure. So Lauren and I were walking to our apartment from the movies, and this guy came up to us and grabbed Lauren's hand," Alex said.
"Ok then what happened?" Aaron asked. (Alex then looked at Lauren.)
"He wanted take me with him. Alex noticed and he pulled me away from the guy!" Lauren said.
"Wait really?" Aaron asked.
"Yeah then after I wouldn't let him near Lauren, so he pulled out a gun," Alex said.
"Did he want to mug you guys?" Aaron asked.
"No he said he wanted Lauren," Alex said.
"Yeah then he pulled me away from Alex and puts a gun to my head. He told Alex if he stepped closer to us he would shoot me," Lauren said.
"Wow, Lauren you must have been so scared," Aaron said.
"You have no idea," Lauren said.
"Lauren then pushed the guy away and tried to make a run for it and he pulled the trigger. There was no way I was gonna let this guy shoot Lauren so I jumped in front of the bullet to save her," Alex said.
"Oh so that's how you got shot," Aaron said.
"Yup," Alex said.
"After I realized Alex had been shot, I dialed the number 911 but the guy grabbed me by the hair to take me with him. There was no way I was leaving Alex like that so I grabbed the gun the guy dropped and I shot him," Lauren said.
"Wait are you serious? Lauren you shot him?" Aaron asked.
"Yeah, I didn't believe I did it but I did," Lauren said.
"What happened to the guy?" Aaron asked.
"He got away. Slowly, but he did," Lauren said.
"Oh ok," Aaron said.
"I just can't believe this happened," Aaron said.
"Me either," Lauren and Alex said together.
"I just wonder who was that guy?" Alex asked.
"I'm wondering the same thing," Lauren said.
(Afterwards the three of them talk about other stuff, to kind of forget about this. Then all of a sudden there's a knock on the door. Lauren goes to open it and is shocked to see who is on the other side of the door.)
