Nine months later

Walking hand in hand, Jason and I walked a few feet behind a now five-year-old Patrick and an almost two-year-old Antonio along the beach. Jason had just come home from a mandatory business trip to washington DC for his legitimate business. Stephanie was the CEO of her family's Fortune 500 company, Clark industries until she retired handing it over to Jason a little after Antonio was born. Jason was pissed when the board told him he had to go on the business trip during the end of my third trimester. He was terrified that he would miss the baby being born. Luckily for the both of us, the baby didn't come out without him.

I felt him touch his lips to my temple. "I missed you so much princess," he whispered.

I giggled. "You were only gone a week and you called me every morning and every night."

He rolled his eyes. "I can still miss you, princess," he said. "I can still miss waking up to your beautiful face, I can still miss your smile when Antonio laughs, I can miss holding you, I can miss the feeling of your skin, I can miss the feeling of your lips against mine, and I can miss falling asleep listening to the sounds of your soft breaths. A week can feel like a lifetime when i'm away from the love of my life."

I squeezed his hand and leaned my head on his shoulder. "I love you amore and I can't wait for this baby to come out so I can show you just how much I love you."

He let go of my hand and wrapped his arm around my shoulders. He lightly squeezed me. "I can't wait for this baby."

I smiled. I felt a strange popping sensation in my lower area before I felt liquid dripping down my leg. I stopped and put a hand on my stomach. "Well, it seems you won't have to wait any longer."

"What?"

"Fuck." I groaned. "Looks like the baby is ready to come out."

"Fuck," he whispered. "Antonio! Patrick! Time to go."  the boys jogged up to us. Jason hoisted Patrick on his back and Antonio on the side of his shoulder.

He turned to face me and gave me an apologetic look. I slightly glared at him. "Jason King don't you da- " I didn't even get to finish my sentence as he picked me up bridal style. "You Cagna. I can walk."

He chuckled. "No time." he fast walked with the three of us off the beach and to the car. He placed me gently on my feet before setting the boys down.

We all climbed into the car. "Patrick Bambino, can you help Antonio with his seatbelt?"

"Yes auntie Sydney." he helped Antonio into his car seat and buckled him up before buckling himself up.

"Good job Bambino."

Jason started to drive fast but not speeding knowing i'd yell at him if he did. "Hey little man can you call your mom and tell her the baby is coming?" he asked pulling out his phone and handing it to Patrick. He would have given it to me but I was clutching the above handle and my stomach.

"Okay." he pressed the phone before putting it to his ear. "Hi, mommy... Auntie Sydney's and Uncle J's baby is coming... okay bye mommy." he hung up the phone and placed the phone in his lap. "Mommy said she and daddy are on their way."

"Okay thanks, Pat," said Jason. None of us talked on the way to the hospital. When we arrived we saw Sean and Sam waiting for us along with Chris and a pregnant Madi. Jason quickly parked before hopping out. He picked me up out of the car before setting me in a wheelchair that Chris gave him. "You got the kids?" he asked Sam.

"Of course now go."

Jason nodded and wheeled me inside. Our doctor was waiting for us when we walked in. "Mrs. King are you ready?"
