Spending Nothing

Something was up the moment the bell jangled announcing someone had entered the store. Pacifica looked up from the book she was reading and frowned upon the new addition to the otherwise empty room.

A particular Gleeful twin had strode in like they owned the place (and with their money they actually could) and started browsing.

That's weird. Pacifica couldn't help but glare in his direction.

He walked up to the register, a pair of black sunglasses in his hand. He placed them on the counter and smirked at the blonde girl behind the desk. "This will be all."

Pacifica frowned. "Why are you here?"

Dipper feigned a look of shock. "Badgering your customers? That isn't nice, is it?"

Pacifica grumbled something to herself. "Will this be all?"

"I might mention that you look particularly cute today." Dipper stated, ignoring her question. "But your head isn't on its axis today."

"What?"

"You're off. Slipping." Dipper reiterated. "You're so off that I bet I could charm you into letting me take the sunglasses for free."

Pacifica snorted. "That's a good one, Gleeful. But rest assured that I won't let you take anything from here."

"Anything?" Dipper asked, his eyes narrowing.

"Anything." Pacifica confirmed. "So, if you aren't going to buy anything, I suggest that you leave!"

"And what? Stop blocking the hoard of customers that are just dying to purchase any of these items." Dipper stated smugly. "News flash, Pazzie, no one is here!"

"I thought I told you I don't want you calling me that." She stated all while crossing her arms.

"And I replied with 'I say what I please'." Dipper replied with a grin. "I do not understand, Pazzie. The nickname is entirely harmless."

"Nicknames are reserved for friends and family only, Gleeful." Pacifica replied trying to hide her obvious discomfort with him being so close.

"Family is only slightly sudden, Pacifica." Dipper placed a hand on his heart. "After all, we are only sixteen."

"I don't want you to become part of my family!" Pacifica yelled, exasperated. "And I certainly don't want to be friends with you!"

"Why's that?" Dipper asked suddenly. "If you think of it in a logical way, you could potentially benefit from being friends with me."

"And how's that?"

"Believe it or not, sweetheart, my family has certain connections." Dipper's eyes gleamed with a fire that Pacifica had only seen once before when the bothersome townsfolk had discovered Gleeful Manor's new electric fence.

"And I need these connections?" Pacifica raised a brow. "I'm doing fine on my own, thanks for the offer."

"Believe me, Pacifica, I am a force to be reckoned with." Dipper continued. "By myself, I am practically unstoppable."

"Isn't unstoppable just another form of stoppable?" Pacifica couldn't resist saying.

Surprisingly, it threw Dipper off. "I beg your pardon?"

"Oh, never mind." Pacifica rolled her eyes. "But, pray tell, why are you unstoppable?"

"I have many things at my disposal." Dipper replied without missing a beat. "I can't be touched."

"Doubtful." Pacifica leaned across the counter and slapped him in the face. The look on that particular Gleeful's face was a mix of shock and slight anger.

It took Pacifica a second to realize that she may be in some deep trouble. She stayed absolutely silent.

Dipper turned his attention back to her, a hard glare in his eyes and it was aimed right at her. Without so much as a word, he reached over the counter and grabbed her by the collar of her shirt.

Before the blonde girl could protest, he insistently and passionately pressed his lips against hers in a quite intimate kiss.

When the two broke apart, Pacifica's face was redder than red. And one cheek of Dipper's face was red, due to the slap.

"Not going to lie to you," Dipper spoke after a moment. "That was so hot."

Pacifica could only nod. Dipper Gleeful had kissed her!

Dipper shrugged halfheartedly. "Well, here's my number, sweetheart. Don't loose it, use it." He scribbled a set of ten numbers on a spare piece of paper near her.

After he handed it to her he left the store, like he hadn't been there at all.

It took Pacifica five minutes to recover and recounter what happened.

And another five to realize he left with the sunglasses.

RevDipcifica Oneshots has reached 100k!!! It really reached it on Monday but I've been so busy with schoolwork that I couldn't update. Anyways, thank you all so much.

I remember when I started writing this book. To be honest, I was a complete amateur. But after writing this series for about three years (was three this past August 26th) I've grown so much as a writer!

It makes me so happy that you all have continued to read this and ship them just as much as I have. When I started this book, I didn't expect to get many reads. I was screaming in happiness when Outlaw (my first book on here) reached 1k and now it's at 30k.

I really got happy when my book reached 1k, then 50k, and now its at 100k. Anyways, to make a long story short, I want to thank you all so much for sticking around, and being my lovelies.

Keep smiling, my lovelies~
