Aisha's pov
When you have a sangeet ceremony to practice for, gym sessions are nothing. You burn calories you never would have and Kabir and I just came back from our dancing session.
"I am tired and sleepy" I exclaimed.
"When are you not?"
"Point! But .....I am hungry too"
"Nothing new Aishu. You are always sleepy and tired and hungry."
"You are such a bad boyfriend."
"Sorry bro. I am new to the business"He joked.
"Useless"
After two minutes he said, "I already ordered breakfast. Go change."
"There's the boyfriend I know!"
I kissed him on the cheek as I slipped into the washroom to freshen up, all excited for food! I came back into the room greeted with the amazing scent of bacon and eggs.
Yum : The food and the man eating it.
.......
"Can you go any faster?" I screamed into Kabir's ear as he panted.
"I am trying"
"Not trying hard enough. I am no where near"
"Aisha?"
"Hmm?"
"SHUTUP."
I pouted.
I was on his back as he carried me to Khushi's room. As I said, I was tired.

We reached and I knocked on the door waiting for it to open. To my surprise, Asha aunty opened the door. Other than letting me off from his back, Kabir kissed Asha aunty's cheek, " hi aunty! Your daughter who is 26 years old presently apparently likes to be carried around!"
"SHUTUP Kabir. Let me down."
Kabir and asha aunty chuckled at me as I pouted and straightened my clothes. "You both are mean. Khushuuuu?"
......
I sat there decorating Khushi for her mehendi ceremony which was in about two hours. It takes time, okay?
"Aarav bhai DONT"
"Arey. It will look pretty"
"No it won't"
"Why"
"Because you are doing it"
" Arey but it's just lipstick.....and black lipstick?"
"Exactly why....it's a liquid eyeliner and not a 'black lipstick'"
Weirdo.
I glared at him as he glared back whereas Khushi laughed. I smacked her arm to shut her up.
"Ouch"
"Shush"
"It's my wedding. I can get you kicked out!"
"You wouldn't dare"
"I would, I swear."
"You can't function without her" alia butted in.
"Make yourself useful please. And help me" I glared at her.
"No, I am eating"
"Is that more important than my mehendi?" Khushi asked, in utter disbelief.
