"Do we have to be here I had an appointment next week" I said irritated I just wanted to go home and take a bath not be in the hospital at almost midnight
" shut up I'm trying to be a good friend" Mori said laughing like this shit was funny
"It's not funny Mori I'm tired my back hurt, my feet swollen and now I kept having these fucking pains this shit is so annoying" I cried Mori got out her seat coming to hug me
"It's okay bestie that's why we here to nip all that shit in the bud" she whispered in my ear
"LEILANI GRAHAM?" I heard the receptionist call my name I wiped my face and stood up to go in the back with Mori following behind me.
"Why you walking like that"
"Mmcht like what bitch"
"Like it's something stuck up your ass" she said laughing
"Shut up I don't know my feet hurt so bad this the most comfortable way for me" I said shrugging
"Okay Ms.Graham I need you to pee in this cup and sit it in the door in the bathroom also we see that you're 17 so we would need a parent here to examine you any further" I nodded taking the cup and my phone to call my mother I found the nearest bathroom going inside it peeing in the cup placing it in the compartment thingy. I washed my hands before dialing my mother number it rung for a few minutes before she picked up
"Hmm" she said sounding half sleep
"Um ma can you come up to St.Joseph I was having pains in my stomach and Mori made me come but I guess I need your consent"
" I'm On my way! Give me 2 mins" I nodded like she could see me hanging up. I walked back into the examination room waiting on my mom.
"The doctor said put that on" she said handing me the white gown I nodded starting to strip out of my clothes. I seen a flash go off making me cover up my body
"Bitch did you just take a nude of me" I said trying not to laugh
"Yes your body is fucking goals like look at your ass that shit just sitting up right along with your breast dawg even your hips spreading bitch your pregnant that's that pregnancy body" she said getting all happy and shit
"Not pregnant I gotta have sex to be pregnant"
"Let's make a bet then if you are you gotta take me ona date"
"And if I'm not you gotta take me to cheddars" she nodded as we shook hands
" hey baby are you okay? Are you sick? You got the flu?" My mom asked walking through the door putting hand sanitizer on her hands then some gloves walking up to me. I laughed this lady be in doctor mode 24/7 this not even her hospital to be doing all that.
"Ma you don't work here you work at Za'Layia's Hospital incorporation" I said laughing
"Ik it's just a habit ... tell me why your dad tried to come too talking about let's just leave laiah here she sleep"
"Oh wow really"
"Yeah like he don't remember the last time we did that your ponytail was cut off and Leland had scissors running" she said laughing I staled faced her that shit was not funny
" wait Leland cut her hair off?"Mori said trying to hold in her laugh
"Yeah we left to go check on my mom her dad was talking about they'll be okay they sleep me being dumb we left them-"
