Mori POV

It's been a week since I picked up Arseamian from Leilani house to say it was weird would be and understatement. I dont know what they have going on but it's not my business I'm only focused on myself and my music. I was at Leland house helping him babysit layia he called me in such a panic saying he didn't know how to get her to be quiet while the whole time she was wet. I've actually grown to love layia as my own daughter she actually just like me  very silly and demanding.

"What time her mom coming to get her" I asked

"Um I don't know she just said watch her real quick and that was like an hour or two ago" I nodded I didn't care how long she stayed honestly " what's been going on with you?"

"Nothing much Ive been getting this music thing off the ground.. I'm actually excited about it and can't wait for you to hear my music" he smiled nodding his head

"I'm proud of you you focusing your energy on something you love to do"

"Yeah it's like since I've been focusing on myself everything has been going right I'm truly happy where I'm at right now in my life"

"As you should"

"What's up with you?" I asked taking layia from him playing with her making different faces at her making her laugh

"Nothing much just being a lame looking after her" he said pointing to layia "and I signed up for school I start January 9"

"Aww I'm so proud of you poota" I said reaching over pinching his cheeks he slapped my hands away

"Don't call me that gay ass shit and I'm gon do online so that way I can still work on myself and shit"

"That's wassup have you thought about going legit opening something of your own?"

"Hell yeah I wanna open a group home I think ..I don't know I just wanna give back honestly maybe be a cop or something"

"No they killing cops now better chill and be a CNA like you said" 

"You right"he laughed

"Baby guess what.. I mean Leland"

"Nah you already said baby might as well make it official"

"I'm good just let it come naturally no rushing" he nodded getting off the couch " where you going?"

"To get some napkins so you can spill this T" we stared at each other before we both busted out laughing

"Lemme get that" I said getting off the couch with layia in my arms I went in the kitchen trynna hit Leland for saying that corny ass shit be he took off running "I'm not about to chase you"

"I know you not cause I'll dust yo ass stop playing wid me"I just laughed sticking my middle finger up at him he was a waste of breath at this point "where you going spill the tea suh" he yelled

"Come sit down for this suh" he cane back with a big bag of hot puff corn and a lemonade brisk I waited until he sat down to talk "so remember I told you I had to pick Sean up right" he nodded leaning back on the couch "well when I came there he was just in his boxers and a shirt so I asked him what happened and he was like he don't remember one minute he drinking with your dad the next minute he wakes up to Erza whooping his ass" I laughed

"Damn that's crazy .. I low key would've did the same shit that's my night and all but his ass would've been fighting for his life"

"No cause ain't no telling what she was doing to get him over there" he nodded
