Yumemi x Reader

I blossomed white with no color
But now I’m being colored by you
For a while, there was no meaning to my blooming days
But in the end, dreams come true

"Get out of the way!" You pushed her out onto the sidewalk, away from on coming traffic, but the car smashed into your fragile body. You were knocked back, your head bleeding rapidly, and your eyes saw the frighten expression on your friends face. She shouted your name in agony, tears blinding her sight, and people held her back as the professions helped you out of the road.

"No, Y/N!" She shouted.

Those typical words that everyone’s the same
Spill out as rain and disappears
Without any hope, I’m blossoming alone
But I’m not lonely, it’s what I chose

"I love you-" The sound of the honk caught your attention as she was crossing the road, distracted from what you didn't know. Your eyes widen, your chest swelling in pure fear for her life, but you didn't hesitate to use yours for her safety.

Then again, you didn't have the chance to say those words, that she would hear from another.

I’m the color that remains in your memory
The name that has withered and faded, oh tell me
Promise me a miracle that’s only for me
Even if I’m forgotten with the fallen flower petals
That name is still so aromatic
Always remain, rose blue

It had been two years since your sacrifice, and she still held on, but barely grasping your existence. She found another person that was able to successfully tell their love for her, and she was able to accept without any distractions.

You just watched with a frown, and a heart that doesn't beat for anyone - or herself.

"Over here!" She took their hand, and smiled down at items in a story window. "Lets look here."

I try to erase the spreading scent
But the more I erase, the more it spreads
So I’m just living with it, just getting used to it
Adding the present to the colors of the past to make the future
Yesterday’s (bright)
Season that has passed (I’m cherishing in my heart)
It’s getting farther away, my shining days

"Why did you walk out on that road that day? What were you distracted by; what was on your mind!" You shouted, your chest tight. "What made you believe that was a great idea!"

You fell to your knees. "I'm in a false reality with false security! Why! Why! Would you do it again?"

All of the past, red days that seep in
Scatter with the slowly blowing breeze
Now I can finally color my own world
It’s not wrong, it’s my choice
I’m the magical color that fills you
Shining and dazzling, oh rose blue
Can’t compare with anyone else, just me
I’m falling into myself
Even the fallen petals are beautiful
Even without a name, it remains in my memories

You look at the world around you, a bright light ahead of you. She was still there, but you must move on, make her forget you - even if you couldn't do the same. You smiled at her cheerful face, and walked towards the light.

"I held on this much, but I must let go." You walk through, and the coma you spent your days in finally came to an end. "You don't know who I am anymore, I hope you live your life as how you want it goodbye. . ."

I’m the color that remains in your memory
The name that has withered and faded, oh tell me
Promise me a miracle that’s only for me
Even if I’m forgotten with the fallen flower petals
That name is still so aromatic
Always remain, rose blue

Tears fall down your face. "Goodbye, Yumemi. Live your dream, I'll meet you again one day."

You walked through, but saw Yumemi at your hospital room.

"NO! SHE CAN'T BE DEAD!" Yumemi shouted, her phone gripped in her hand. "Not after all I've waited for her to wake up!"

You go to her crying state, cover her eyes, and whisper in her ear. "I love you,"

You were gone, and she lost a friend.
