I kissed my mother goodnight and tiredly went up the steps of the house. The pictures hanging on the walls no longer there, and the furniture gone.
I opened my bedroom door and looked at the half empty bedroom. My clothes were inside bags since we brought the furniture inside the moving truck.
I quick took off my school uniforms and threw on some random sleepwear from the ground. I pulled the covers over me and snuggled up inside them, the light of my phone causing me to hiss. I adjusted my eyes and opened up my messages.
