Only a few days after SM's statement regarding Jisung's knee injury, SM released another announcement to inform the public on Naomi's condition.
The announcement includes the statement of how Naomi twisted her ankle during dance practice and is currently, in the process of healing.
Furthermore, they include their wise decision in letting the idol rest to prioritize the treatment of her injury.
Their announcement is as shown below;
"Hello, this is SM Entertainment. Member Naomi of NCT has injured her ankle during choreography practice and is receiving treatment at the moment.
It has been discovered that she has twisted her ankle and is unable to perform for the time being. Therefore, after discussion with Naomi, it was decided that she undoubtedly, will not be participating in future scheduled activities that include performances.
We ask the fans for your understanding and patience as our artist’s recovery from her injury is our top priority thus, efficient treatment and sufficient rest is needed.
