"Did you tell her yet?"
Alice asks as she pulls her hair into a perfect ponytail.
"I don't know how" Elaine replies as she tints her lips with a bright red.
"Mom, you're kidding right?"
"I'm not, Alice," Elaine replies coldly. "Why don't you just tell her?"
"And let her smack the hell outta me? No, thank you, mom"
"Stop exaggerating" Elaine grabs a pair of earrings from the drawer of her vanity mirror.
"And call your sister home, quickly. We are leaving in 10 minutes" she instructs in which Alice nods and walks away to call her little sister.
"Park Chaeyoung!"
Alice yells. Her voice is husky.
"Yeah?"
A sweet, velvety voice responds from upstairs.
"Come down. We are leaving in 10 minutes"
"Coming" the voice utters. "Just give me a second, I'm putting on my necklace"
"Alice?" Elaine calls as she emerges with her handbag. "Where's your sister?"
"There" Alice points at Chaeyoung who is descending the stairs in a simple dress.
"Ready?" Elaine asks. "Yes, mom" Alice and Chaeyoung respond in unison
