Ash's POV
I woke up the next morning confused. It took me a couple of minutes to realize where I was. I looked at my phone, noticing I'd gotten a text from Perrie a couple of minutes ago.

Morning sweetie. <3
We're downstairs in the rehearsal room.
You can just come when you're ready.

Just woke up. I'll just grab something
to eat and freshen up a little,
then I'll be right there.
Perrie)

I got out of bed and took a quick shower. When I got out of the shower, I brushed through my hair and put on some clothes. I went downstairs and grabbed a leftover piece of pizza. 'Goodness, I love leftovers for breakfast' I thought as I finished my pizza slice. I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth. Then I grabbed my phone and my keys and headed out.
When I got downstairs, I heard loud music coming from the rehearsal room. I went inside and saw the girls rehearsing to 'Wings' in front of the big mirror. When they finished Jade spotted me and turned off the music.
"Hey hun, did you sleep alright?" Jade asked, smiling at me.
"Yes, thank you.. Please continue. Don't mind me." I said and sat down on a couch.
"No no. Sweetie, we're supposed to rehearse all together, that includes you." Lee said, chuckling and pulling me up from the couch.
"Really?" I asked, as if that wasn't obvious.
"Yes, why did you think there is a drumset?" Jade asked, smiling at me.
"Sorry, it's way too early for my brain to be working." I said, running a hand through my hair.
"That's okay. Now, let's get to it." Jesy said, smiling wide.
"Can you guys just do one more number without me? I gotta go grab something upstairs. I'll be right back, I promise." I asked, pointing my thumb towards the door.
"Of course, but be back soon, we need some drumming." Perrie said, winking at me.
I ran upstairs and searched through my closet, and finally found what I was looking for. My beloved cap, It was balck with a pink screen, and ofcourse the NY logo on. I always wore that cap when I was drumming. So I quickly put it on and went back down to the girls.
"Was that the important thing?" Lee asked, confused, looking at my cap. I gave her a pout, making Perrie jump in.
"Leave her alone! You look cute." Pez said as she put an arm around me. I smiled at her, and walked over to the drums.
"Are they tuned?" I asked as I sat down and picked up the sticks.
"I have no clue." Jade said, looking at me. I gave all of them a little hit, and as I thought, they were not tuned.
"Do you guys have a tuning key?" I asked, smiling.
"Maybe in that box over there." Jesy suggested, pointing at some type of toolbox.
"Here's one." I said, as I pulled the key out and started to tune the drums.
"It's funny, you know, our old drummer never mentioned anything about tuning." Lee piped in, making me smirk to myself.
"Guess he wasn't professional enough." Perrie said with a smug smile.
"There, this should do." I said and sat back down.
"You ready, kid?" Jade asked, looking at me as she walked over to the stereo.
"Yeah, but I'm not a kid." I said, winking at her. She smiled and turned the setlist on.
We rehearsed for a good two hours, and then took a break.

a break. So now I'm just sitting here looking
