Severus's POV

"Your highness, these are the documents." Theodore said while passing me the papers

I didn't say anything, I continued my work, I've been busy these days. While writing, Eloise's face suddenly popped up in my mind.

That girl, the first time I met her, she's somehow familiar. There's nasty rumors about her, but I have this feeling that she's not that kind of person.

The door opened and I saw Shae with a worried look on her face.

"Lady Eloise....she....she was unconscious for four days now!"

I suddenly feel strange after hearing that. I stood up and went towards my sister

"What happened to her?" I ask

"Elliote said from the letter, she suddenly cough blood. The physician, who came to heal her, said that she was suffering from internal bleeding."

"Since when?"

"I don't know, it happened all of the sudden. I don't know how to react. What should I do?"

My sister really like lady Eloise. She admired her for being brave and confident during the trial. I don't know why but after she meet Eloise, my sister has change.

Before, she was weak and keep looking down at herself, that's why people keep taking advantage of her because she can't say no to any requests she received. But now, she seem confident and she always think twice before making any decisions

"Severus, can we visit her?"

"But, I still have work to do."

"Leave that for just an hour, I wanted to see her so bad."

I looked at her, she's older than me but she's fragile and a soft hearted person.

"Alright, I'll just go and ask for permission from mother and father."

"Thank you, Severus...thank you"

"Theodore, escort princess Shae to her room."

"Okay." He gave me a thumbs up

I went to my mother and father's room, I knock but no one is answering. I opened the door and my jaw almost drop after I saw them making out in their bed

"Oh god, Severus!" My mother scream after she saw me in their door

I want to puke, really.

"Goodness, Severus, you should've knock first before entering." My father said

"I did. You must be very busy doing your business to the point you didn't hear me knock at your door."

"Alright, what you want?"

"Sister wants to visit the ducal's house."

"Why?"

"She received a letter from Elliote that Eloise cough blood and suffering from internal bleeding."

"Oh my, how is she?" My mother ask

"I don't know,"

"That explain why Elliote is not here for four days now." My father added "You can both go, make sure you don't stand out too much. And also, knock four to six times before entering, understand?"

"Yeah yeah." I close the door. That was too vulgar, they should've lock the door if they're gonna do it.

I scratch my head, I'm just glad sister didn't see that.

"Your highness, the carriage is ready." Theodore said after I changed my clothes

"Where's my sister?"

"She's already in the carriage." I nod after he said that, "Anyway, your highness, do you like lady Eloise?"

"Pardon?"

"I am asking if you like lady Eloise?"

"I don't."

"So, is it okay for me to like her?"

"Do what you want. I don't care "

"Pft."

"What?"

"Nothing your highness, have a safe trip."

I ignore him and went inside the carriage, my sister is already in there.

"I hope she's okay..." My sister uttered

I don't like her or anything but I also hope she's okay
