Raven walked cheerfully along the path to charms, he had already eaten breakfast and had his precious coffee, three cups of it actually, and was more hyper than he should be.

So what does he do? Walk along the hallways humming a tune while using the color chanting charm on the walls turning certain parts a different color of the same shade it was to annoy people. He truly was the son of Morgan Le Fay.

He was also somehow not the first to charm, much to his curiosity, who the hell besides himself would be an hour early to class? Not even the Ravenclaws are that early. He had only come this early to ask Professor Flitwick some questions he had since the charms teacher was always early to class. By a lot.

'Probably his goblin heritage and possible raising by goblins to be up extremely early.' Raven concluded before he noticed who had arrived earlier than him.

It was Neville. He was being helped by the Professor to get his Lumos spell to work. His best results had a small orb appear which made no sense since Raven could see the magic in his fellow student and he had a great amount, almost as much as some of the weaker adults he had seen.

"Oh hello, Mr. Inanis. Is there something you need help with?" The Professor asked and Longbottom turned around to see Raven leaning on the door to class.

"Hello, Professor Flitwick, Heir Longbottom. I just wanted to ask you a question about a charm instead of searching through the library for it. However, I have a question for Heir Longbottom. Is that your wand?" Raven asked merely curious since he remembered the things Ollivander said, plus he did go back and learn a bit about focus from the man since he wanted to make his focus eventually.

"N-no it's my father's. Gran insisted that since it worked for my father it would me. I'm just not that magically powerful. I barely did accidental magic." Neville stuttered slightly. Raven tilted his head curiously.

'Obviously mocked for not having as much accidental magic happen as others did. Perhaps a bit abused in the sense his gran wanting to be like his father probably tried to push him in a certain direction.' Raven thought.

"Well to be frank Heir Longbottom, you need your wand. Someone else's wand will never work properly for you. Take this from someone who spent a bit of time learning under one of the world's best focus makers, Garrick Ollivander." Raven said and Longbottom looked sad.

"I don't think Gran will let me." Longbottom said in response and Raven smirked and said "Who said she had to find out Heir Longbottom? I'm sure Professor Flitwick would be all the more willing to allow us a trip to Diagon Alley after classes today to grab some lost supplies, and if the dear Professor were to look away to momentarily converse with an old classmate or student, it would be pretty sad if we were to wander off and end up in a wand store and walk out confused with a wand in your hand and your money down seven gallons. Oh, Professor Flitwick did I mention I forgot to grab some extra ink for my quills?" Raven said smiling innocently.

"Professor I forgot to grab some extra quills in case mine break. Would you please take us to Diagon Alley after classes are over for the day?" Longbottom asked hopefully.

The charms teacher looked conflicted for a moment before sighing.

"Should have been Slytherin with you, but yes I should have a moment to take you to grab those items real quick." The small, but mighty Professor said with a sigh making Raven chuckle.

"My dear Professor I don't know why you think a lion such as myself would be with the snakes," Raven said innocently making Longbottom snicker.

"Heh." Longbottom laughed slightly.
