The Prince of Denial

Chapter 30 (Summer Year 2)

Raven and Morgan had stayed clamped together for a while, but eventually, they made their way up to the others in the tower with smiles on their faces and their attire and looks in perfect condition as they always are.

"Done crying?" Merlin asked teasingly and Raven sent a wandless spell at Merlin sending him flying out of the tower and to the bottom of it. They were 67 floors up. It would be a little while for Merlin to return.

"You thought!" Merlin said appearing to show it was an illusion, but he was just sent flying by Morgan and this time they could hear him crash into the ground.

Mother and Son stared at each other before cheering as they hugged. Ella and Arcueid giggled at that before they all started eating the pizza and telling stories.

"And then I sent a snake onto them." Raven finished his story before swallowing another slice of pizza almost whole.

"It sounds like you had a fun year," Morgan said happy that her son at least had some good years.

"I guess. If you don't count the thousand-year-old basilisk named Serena which almost killed me, who I then killed. Then yeah." Raven said with a smile on his face and Morgan had to think that one through.

"What?" She asked in an icy tone before she suddenly started checking him all over. Several spells checked his condition and to her happiness, she couldn't find anything wrong with him.

"Yeah. An idiot set the basilisk on "Mudbloods" Raven said while making quotation marks with his fingers.

Morgan took a deep breath. Followed by another 15.

"Ok, besides that you had a good year right?" She asked hopefully and Raven decided not to tell her how he had spent a good amount of it alone. Probably not good for some people. Himself included? Possibly via her worry.

"Yes. About as normal as you can have as your son." Raven said in response and Morgan bonked him on the head before laughing. He joined her in laughing soon after.

"So what is it you wanted to show me?" Morgan asked curiously. Raven had dragged her to one of the more empty rooms in the tower and only he and Ella were there. Arcueid was off doing Arcueid things. Merlin was doing whatever a Merlin does when not supervised 24/7.

"This. MERGE!" Raven and Ella spoke at the same time as Ella was absorbed into Raven before in a bright white and blue light a new entity stood there.

Standing there was Revena. The fused form of Raven and Ella. An entity born of both of them.

"Fusion. I've heard of it, but never seen it." Morgan said excitedly as she was poking at the female person before them.

"We are known as Revena and we would kindly appreciate it if you didn't try to grab our breast Mom," Revena said as she held Morgan's hand who was a moment away from coping with the feel of the fused being.

"Sorry." She said embarrassed before she sat them down and started asking questions.

"Well, I supposed it all started when Raven found the main wardstone of Hogwarts." Revena started and continued telling the story to Morgan who had only decided to hug her child closer to her with a content sigh.
