Just like how!? I don't even have lemons in here yet! I don't even mention actual 🍋's in here either! So how!?

Raven wasn't quite sure how he got the blanket, it was made of fire, like living fucking fire given a different form. Like wtf!?

However as he had gone to experiment with it, annoyingly it turned back into fire and vanished. Raven swears he could see an eyeball wink inside the fire before it vanished.

Oh well, he'd try experiments like that later. That was future Raven's problem to think of.

So for now he had something else to focus on. Like figuring out how to deal with those annoying dementors. Luckily for him, he had been pacing across Hogwarts. He didn't even notice he reached the bridge leading off Hogwarts and overheard Rose and Mr. Werewolf talking.

I mean, he kinda stood out a lot. Anyone with sight could see, or even those who knew how to sense magic properly could easily figure out the man was a werewolf, at least he seemed to be a good boy. If he wasn't, fufufufu.

Raven would have a body to dissect to learn more about werewolves. Perhaps he should go acquire one?

"Patronus charm is the only way to combat the dementors. Aside from dragon fire and Phoenix fire of course. Though if one were to ever use their fire, Hogsmeade might not be around anymore to correlate how strong their fire is." Raven heard part of the conversation.

Ok, well he now knew all three ways and had access to them all. However, his dragon form was way too big to take, so that was a no. He doesn't risk Rose to try and train her fire to a limited degree. Not right now at least. Of course, Fawkes probably could, but that would make Dumbledore look bad if Raven took Fawkes and went dementor hunting.

Oh well, looks like he's learning the Patronus charm.

"Could you teach me the charm?" Rose asked and Lupin seemed to hesitate for a moment before agreeing. After all, none could deny Rose, except for him if he wanted to.

(Liar! You're fucking whipped and you know it!)

Shut up!

Raven decided to go research the Patronus charm now instead of waiting on Lupin to help. He worked better alone most of the time, especially when doing magic.

So now holding a book he borrowed from the library, he got to reading while balancing on top of one of the tower poles on one foot. It was good balance practice.

"Only weapon against dementors, Skip, Skip, Skip, Skip, needs positive emotions, crap, no wand movements needed, just point and go. Skip, Skip, Skip." Raven read through the book only choosing to read the parts he felt were useful. Like any negative side effects.

"Ok test number 1, Expecto Patronum!" Raven shouted and nothing happened besides his hand glowing white slightly.

"Test #1, fail," Raven mumbled before using a different memory. He had tried learning the truth of being wanted by his mom. Didn't work.

"Perhaps realizing I have a family now that will always want me?" Raven mumbled before trying again and this time he got a white shield-like wall forming from his hand before disappearing.
