Raven idly wondered if just maybe this was a bad idea...

"Nah!" He said to himself as he activated a rune set on a doll and it came to life in a way.

"Yes!... Oh shit!" Raven yelled as the doll shot at him with bloody murder, but Ella was apparently the target and both rolled around on the ground fighting each other. It was kind of funny.

"DODGE!" Raven yelled out and the doll froze momentarily allowing Ella to smash it to pieces.

"Oh my god, that was hilarious!" Raven laughed making Ella pout before she sent him flying into a wall, again. Then slammed him a couple more times, just to be sure.

"Worth it!" Raven managed to say before getting slammed again into the wall and passing out.

"Oh no! Raven wake up! I'm sorry, I didn't mean it!" Ella yelled out when she noticed that he wasn't moving, however soon he started snoring making her pout.

She had worried for nothing. Any injury he might have gotten was already healed.

She stared at him before deciding that a nap couldn't hurt and went into his chest and fell asleep to the sound of his heartbeat.

A few hours later Raven woke up to the little fairy girl sleeping on his chest and moved her to his shoulder. A quick sticking charm kept her in place as he decided to work on some runes.

A couple of hours later the little fairy girl woke up and rubbed her eyes before realizing her position and tried to grab onto Raven's hair, but soon realized, that she could fly. Two, she wasn't falling.

"Moron," Raven said with no remorse, but a light tone letting her know he was joking, somewhat, making her pout at him.

So like the mature person she is, she stuck her tongue out knowing he could see it. He chuckled at that.

"What are you working on?" Ella asked curiously, while she had a basic understanding of runes, she didn't have much beyond that.

"Oh, well you see, I had wanted to make a card game, but different to normal ones, watch," Raven said before he created two cards and channeled some magic energy into them, and two Pegasus appeared with holographic numbers floating above their heads. Specifically their health points, the number 500.

"Attack." He ordered one of them and it hit the other Pegasus causing its points to drop to 300 momentarily before glitching out and constantly changing.

"As you can see, it's a failure at the moment," Raven said as he waved his hand vanishing the game stuff to work on the next version.

"Have you tried using several rune clusters and finding a way to make them work instead of one giant cluster?" Ella asked and Raven took a deep breath and gently removed Ella from his shoulder before he started hitting his head against the wall. He ended up breaking the wall.

"Talk about headstrong. Literally." Ella muttered before checking her new best friend for any injuries. She only saw a quickly healed bruise which vanished in a second.

Raven immediately tried his new idea, courtesy of Ella, and found it did work properly now!

"Thank you!" He said happily as he hugged her against his chest, while also minding his strength, she smiled in contentment.

Later on, Raven found everyone staring at him, well not so much him, but Ella who was sitting on his shoulder looking around curiously. She hadn't properly seen Hogwarts, only ever through the wards.
