Loki's Lover

Chapter 14.

Loki POV:

"We are going to the Beach!" Cap said smiling happily,
"Yes!" My brother bellowed, I rolled my eyes. I have never liked the beach, the sand and the ocean have never been my thing.
"YAY I love the beach!" My darling said lighting up like a Christmas tree, maybe the beach wasn't so bad. But before I could grab her she ran over to Steve Rodgers and hugged him happily. I clenched my jaw tightly and glared at her arms wrapped around his torso. Those arms should be around me, no one else. Y/n is mine, meaning only I can touch her.
"Y/n come with me I want you to try on some swimsuits" lady Natasha said with a smirk,
"Coming" y/n said running over to Nat and just like that my Angel left the room.
"Come brother, you can borrow a spare swimming suit from my wardrobe" Thor said slapping me on the back enthusiastically. I sighed heavily, I'm doing this for y/n, i reminded myself.
Thor and I left the room and began walking towards his room,
"You have feelings for her don't you brother?" Thor said teasingly,
"Who?" I played dumb,
"Y/n" he smiled,
"Shut up brother" I grunted,
"So it's true" he continued,
"Fine! I like her" I admitted,
"I knew it! I knew it!" He yelled jumping up and down,
"Quiet Thor!" I whispered angrily whilst looking around worriedly,
"Don't worry brother, I shall keep your secret" he grinned, I rolled my eyes before walking out of the room with Thor laughing by my side.

Y/n POV:
"Wear this one!" Nat said stuffing a very revealing cherry red bikini into my arms,
"What! Are you crazy, this thing doesn't even cover half my boobs!" I said whilst shoving it back in her closet,
"Hmmmm how bout this one?" Nat said whilst hoisting an emerald green one piece swim suit into my hands,
"I really like this one" I said studying the swimsuit,
"Of course you do now try it on" Nat said whilst pushing me into her ensuite.
I smiled and stripped out of my morning clothes and slid into the swimsuit.
I hated to admit it but this is the most flattering I have ever looked in swim wear. I have always been very insecure and self conscious but since I've been living with the avengers and Loki, I feel more confident and happy with my body.
So for once it felt good to like what I saw in the mirror's reflection, mesmerised by the beauty of the green in the sunlight as it hugged my body nicely and matched my hair and skin tone. I have always liked green but this is beautiful. I smiled at the warm feeling in my chest as I exited the bathroom and did a spin for Nat.
"YES BABES YOU LOOK HOT!!! LOKIS GONNA CREAM HIS JEANS!!!" Nat screamed whilst jumping up and down,
"Nat!!! Shush!!" I whispered whilst smacking her arm playfully and studying her in the red bikini I rejected earlier.
"Now you look stunning" I said whilst making her twirl,
"I'm guessing you like the colour?" Nat said whilst attempting to pull the lack of material over her breast.
"It looks amazing on you but I don't feel comfortable in that sort of thing, I'm just-" I began,
"More conservative" Nat finished for me,
"Maybe?" I said sheepishly,
"I love you so much y/n but when will you see how beautiful you are?" Nat said whilst packing things into her beach bag,
"I'm just not as physically confident as you Natty" I teased whilst begging to pack my beach bag,
"What's that supposed to mean?" Nat laughed,
"You are a bad bitch, and you own it but I'm just-" I began,
"Conservative" Nat giggled, I sighed knowing she was winning this battle,
"Well either way, I'm glad Loki's around" she grinned whilst trying to fit a hat into her already stuffed bag,
"What why?" I said perplexed,
"Because he is bringing you out of your shell, I can see it. You guys work for each other" she said whilst slinging her bag over her shoulder,
"He doesn't like me like that we have been over this" I said, but deep down I really hope I am lying.
"Tell that to your face darling" she teased, I glared at her whilst shoving two books into my beach bag. I guessing Loki doesn't go to beaches often and I usually like to bring a book so I'll bring one for him.
I threw a t-shirt and denim shorts over my swim suit and began walking to the living room with Nat.
"Once again you look gorgeous" I said admiring her beach robe over her swim suit,
"Tell me something I don't know babes" she laughed whilst sliding sunglasses onto her face. I rolled my eyes making her laugh harder, we walked into the elevator arm in arm.
I wonder what Loki's wearing?
