Chapter 48

Sage's POV:
"SHUT UP!" Hallie shouted trying to slap a hand over my mouth to keep me from talking
Me and her were fighting to the death, and I wasn't about to loose. Despite my laughter, which was quickly turning into a wheeze. Finn and Clementine came rushing over to us probably because they heard Hallie shouting. Hallie was kicking and flailing all over the place trying to save herself.

Clementine firmly placed her hands on her hips "What is going on here?"
Finn walked over pulling Hallie off of me, thank god for him.
"I can't tell if you're actually fighting or not." Finn stated keeping a firm grip on Hallie's waist
She was fighting like a cat trying to get free.
"Don't let her speak!" Hallie shrieked pointing her finger at me
I was just trying to breathe.
"Hallie used to have a crus-" before I could even finish my statement Hallie wiggled out of Finn's grip and lunged at me. She slapped a hand over my mouth and the fight to the death continued.

Finn crossed his arms watching us cat fight and Clementine looked at him with wide eyes. I don't think anyone has ever seen us act like this. I managed to claw my way out from under Hallie's beating and Finn resorted back to violence. He ran up to Hallie and snatched her hand dragging her away from my trembling body laughing on the floor.

"I want to hear what sage has to say!" He shouted covering Hallie's mouth with his hand
I managed to get up using the wall for leverage. I spun around probably looking like a madwoman "HALLIE USED TO HAVE A CRUSH ON DRACO!" I taunted
Clementine's jaw practically hit the floor, Finn burst into laugher, inevitably letting go of Hallie who was slouched in his grip. I crawled my way over to a corner to start wheezing in peace on the floor while Hallie went and sat down on the couch.
She started banging her head on the table "I hate you."

"Who hates who?" Karl asked popping out from behind a bookshelf
I was still in the corner only this time tears were steaming down my face from laughing so damn hard. I sounded like a whole grandpa who smokes.
"Hallie-" Clementine started
"Don't even think about it." Hallie interrupted
"H-Hallie used t-to h-ha-h-have a crush on Draco!" I wheezed
"What's going on?" Fred asked appearing behind Karl and giving me a worried look.

"EVERYONE SHUT UP!" Hallie screeched trying to keep her embarrassing crush a secret still
Karl sat next to Hallie and teased her a bit, I was still rolling on the floor.
"What happened here?" George asked walking up next to Fred with Mc on his arm
"Hallie used to have a crush on Draco." Clementine snorted sending me into another fit of giggles
"Ah great embarrass me some more." Hallie slammed her head into the desk again
Hallie's face was completely red and I was wiping away my tears with the sleeve of Fred's jumper that I had stolen again.

"This is quite dramatic." MC commented
Hallie sat up looking like she had given up on life
"That's what happens when you hang out with us." Clementine laughed
"I'm officially un-friending Sage." Hallie sighed dramatically
She got up and left taking Karl with her.
"I guess I'm also going." Karl waved

"Here let me help you up." Fred chuckled pulling me to my feet
"You do realize Fred's jumper reaches all the way to your knees right?" MC smirked
At this point everyone had left except me, Mc and the twins.
"Well of course I do, that's why I'm wearing leggings." I rolled my eyes
"Ok shorty." George snorted
"Hey, 5'2 is a perfectly acceptable height. Bean stalk." I retorted

We left the library me and George still insulting each other about the others height.

Fred and George were needing a place to hide some... contraband for an upcoming party. I told them we could scope out my room to see if there was anywhere good to hide things. George sent me and Fred to check and he went to check their room.

"Don't worry, I think Hallie is ou-" I started assuring Fred
I opened the door to find Hallie sitting on Karl's lap as they were making out. I froze, Hallie froze, Karl froze, and poor unsuspecting Fred came right up behind me and whitenesses the same horrifying sight. I smacked my hand over my eyes trying to block out the trauma, I grabbed Fred's arm and spun him around to face away as he started giggling.

"I'm sorry! W-we didn't mean t-to-" I stammered
"Interrupt." Fred smirked
"Y-you guys can turn around, we were just kissing." Hallie said flustered
We both turned around, I couldn't tell who was more flustered, me, Hallie, or Karl.
"Mhm, you sure?" Fred raised a brow at them
I kicked him in the shin.
"Ow?" He looked at me

"We can- we can go." Hallie fidgeted
"No-no we'll-we'll go." I said pushing Fred back down the stairs
He squinted skeptically at Hallie and Karl as I shoved him out the door. I closed the door behind us. Fred was still laughing his arse off as we sat in the community common room. I was too stunned to speak.
"What do you think their doing now-" he laughed
"Fred shut up."
"You have to admit it was kind of funny." He giggled
"No it was traumatizing."
"Oh come on maybe they just want kids sooner than most people." He snorted

I slowly turned my head to look at him, he was trying oh so hard to conceal his laughter. I grabbed a pillow from off the couch and started beating him with it. He was still laughing while to trying to get me off him.
"She. Does. Not. Want. Kids! I'm not ready to be an aunt!" I shrieked still beating him with the pillow aggressively
"Ok ok! I'm sorry! I surrender I surrender!" He laughed

We sat there for a moment in silence before I decided to speak again.
"Fred?"
"Yeah?"
"I'm scared to go back to my dorm." I stared blankly
He snorted "Well how about you just stay the night in mine and George's Dorm?" He offered
I agreed and I didn't go back to my dorm until the next morning.
