-Gabriella's POV-
The next day we were in Mae's old quarters. Darius, Ben, and I were throwing around some ideas, I was also sitting comfortably in Ben's lap. "Hm. We could make disguises for all the dinosaurs" said Ben.
"Uh" I say, looking confused.
"Okay, I know I said no idea is a bad idea..." Darius said.
Just then Yaz and Sammy walk in the room, laughing amongst themselves. "Uh-oh. Gabby, Ben, and Darius have their serious thinking faces on" said Yaz. Brooklynn enters the room and laughs.
"I can't believe I finally got these babies clean" she says.
We all look at her shoe that she put on the table.
"Your shoes look exactly like they did before" said Ben, looking up at Brooklynn.
Brooklynn then gasps, putting a hand on her chest.
"I can tell they're cleaner" said Sammy, giving Brooklynn a cup of cocoa.
Yaz sits down in the chair "ah" she says, getting comfortable. Brooklynn walks over and sits between Darius and Ben. "So, what were you thinking about?" Yaz asked.
"We might have destroyed Mr. Kon's way to make more dino control chips, he's always one step ahead of us. We need a way to protect them from whatever he's got up his sleeve" said Darius.
"But, apparently, disguises are off the table" said Ben.
"Can't imagine why" Yaz commented.
"This is so nice. All of us warm and cozy, sharing a cup of cocoa together. Too bad we can't do this for the dinos. It'd be a lot easier to keep 'em safe if they were all snuggled in one place" said Sammy.
"Yeah" Darius replied.
I continued to drink my cup of cocoa. After finishing our drinks we leave Mae's quarters and stood by the waterfall in front of Mae's quarters.
"What's the one place on Isla Nublar where all the dinosaurs got along?" Darius asked us.
"The watering hole!" Sammy replied.
"Exactly"
"That's a great idea, Darius" said Sammy.
"Is there enough water, though" Yaz asked.
"That would be the problem" Darius sounded disappointed.
"What if we fill buckets with water?" Sammy suggested.
"Maybe we can distract the dinos with food instead?" Brooklynn suggested.
"One word, "disguises"" Ben suggested his idea from earlier.
Darius kneels down to check the pond then gets up and walks somewhere. "Look" he says and shows us a drain hiding in between some rocks. "A drain" said Sammy, smiling.
"If we can plug it up, this whole area will fill up with water" said Brooklynn.
"Hello, watering hole" Yaz says.
Yaz lightly punches Ben's arm, Ben groans then grumbles.
"Let's not celebrate yet. We still gotta make sure it actually works" says Darius.
