Spencer's POV:

"Is she going to be okay? Is she going to be okay?" I heard Aria repeatedly ask the EMTs' as we entered the ER.

"We don't know yet. Now could you please step back?"

"Ugh... Yes sir." She groaned. As we left her in the waiting room.

Toby where's Toby? I have to find him. But they had my arms strapped down to the bed.

My eyes closed, what was going on?

"We need to get her into surgery."

"She isn't going to get the treatment that is necessary for her injuries here." A doctor said.

"Well what do you want us to do?" An EMT asked.

"Fly her to Seattle Grace ASAP!"

"What?" He asked puzzled.

"Now!" She ordered.

5 hours later:

"Wheel her to OR two." Someone said.

"Why? If you don't mind my asking Dr.Bailey."

"She has a cerebral hemorrhage in the left frontal lobe of her brain." A male doctor stepped in.

"That is correct. Thank you Dr. Shepherd."

"My pleasure."

"Of course it's Dr. McDreamy to the rescue."

"Alex shut up we have to get her to surgery."

"Yeah what ever O'Malley."

"O'Malley I'd like you to scrub in. Alex you can sit this one out."

"But Dr. Shepherd."

"No, buts Dr. Karev."

"Fine."

They wheeled me into a cold room and put a sheet over top of me to supposedly 'keep me warm' bullshit.

"Your name is Spencer right?" Dr. Shepherd asked.

I nodded.

"Okay, well Spencer I need you to take a deep breath and count back wards from 100 for me."

"Ah okay."

They put a mask over my face for about 5 seconds. Then told me to start counting.

100, 99, 98, 97, 90, 45, 17, Toby I.................

"She's out."
