Y/Ns P.O.V

Over the time off I spent a considerable amount of time with Shota as we trained Eri.

We were having a day off as Eri had worn herself out in the most recent days, so she was taking the day to take a nap which Shota decided to take as his sign to do the same. I was just watching the two to ensure they remained okay but my phones ringtone broke though the silence and I quickly accepted the call "Y/n." I hummed as I recognized the familiar voice of Mirio "Hello Mirio." He let out a breath "I can tell you're not to pleased to be speaking with me, I know you're busy and I know I have said some awful things, but I want to make things right. So will you go on a date with me? Not to sit down and eat, but to talk and reminisce." I glanced towards Shota from watching Eri to see him with one eye open a slither but he practically rolled his eyes and body so he wouldn't be looking my way as he went back to sleep "So you want to go to the park?" Silence was my only response and I sighed before laughing slightly "Mirio, we're talking over the phone, I can't see you nodding!" I heard his awkward chuckle come through the phone "Yes, right! Is that a yes?" I hummed but before I could respond I quickly rushed up, dropping my phone as I moved.

I quickly sat myself back down right beside Eri, wrapping my arms around her to pick her up and slightly cradle her as her eyebrows had furrowed and she was pushing her arms out, as if to push something away. I then whispered "Shush, it's okay, I've got you." A hand then placed itself on her head before brushing her hair back, I glanced to see Shota sat by us now. He continued to gently brush his hand through her hair. I noticed her eyes open a crack as she mumbled "Mama..." She moved her increasing amount of vision over to Shota but then quickly looked back to me. She then rushed up and ran to her room as we were in Shota's room which was practically a mini apartment within 1-As alliance that housed him and Eri.

I slapped my hand to my mouth as to not scream at the pain that shot through my tail, Shota's eyes widened as he then moved around to touch my tail, I involuntarily growled as his action sent pain through my tail. He put my tail down and stood up, I looked to him and asked "What are you doing?" He looked down at me "I am going to get Eri." I went to rush up but as I did my tail moved across the floor sending a shooting pain through me, I steadied myself by placing a hand on the floor, I whimpered whilst saying "She didn't purposely step on my tail Shota, and anyway, I can just go see Recovery Girl. Simple! Accidents happen, no need to get worked up over it." He just looked at me with a flat expression "I'm not going to tell her off, in fact, this is perfect for her training. For All Mights sake, I was only supposed to be training Eri this holiday. Y/n, mistakes are something people don't purposely do, much like an accident. Eri didn't purposely make it so Mirio lost his quirk, yet she carries that weight, but that can be resolved. Do you see what I'm getting at?" I nodded quickly.

"Yeah! I should have broken something a long time ago!" He slapped the back of my head and went walking away to Eri's room, I just laughed to myself as I then listened to him as he spoke to Eri. "Eri, I need you to go out there right now and apologize!" I then heard Eri stumble with her words "No, I can't. She'll want to get rid of me like mummy did. I don't want to leave. I like it here dad. Please don't let mummy get rid of me." The only response I heard from Shota was "Uh." before silence filled the whole place.

I moved around to get up without knocking my tail, I walked through to the room "Eri, we don't want to get rid of you, especially over such a silly thing!" She looked over to me with big eyes "But I called you muma, when you are not my mum." I shrugged and grinned as I came up with a great response "Oh well, class 1-A calls Shota dad all the time. They're much older than you but still make the same, small, mistake." Shota glared over at me but Eri rubbed her chin "So you aren't mad?" I shook my head.

"Quite the opposite, I'd be lucky to have you as my daughter." She hummed before giving a single nod "Okay, I will call you mum from now on, because you look after me alongside Mr Aizawa!" I nodded and she then looked to Shota, he just stood with wide eyes which just got larger as Eri proclaimed "And I'll call Mr Aizawa dad! Does that make 1-A my siblings?" Before I could even nod Shota was pinching my ear and preventing me from moving my head. I just squirmed in an attempt to move away from his grip. "No, because they don't mean to call me dad, their parents are at home with them." Eri nodded before tilting her head "If you are okay with me calling you mum and dad why did you tell me I need to apologize?"
