Cut Scenes Pt41

Just you spending some nice time with dio before he's gone(age 4)

"alright, what do you want to do today?" dio asked you

"let's make something together and then let's dance!" you said

"alright, we'll do whatever you want" he said with a genuine smile.

You two went to the kitchen and looked through a cookbook to see what you were going to make for dinner

"do you want to make these homemade... What are they? Chicken nuggets with mushed potatoes? Or green beans with chicken and rice?" he asked

"ewww, I want the chicken nuggets with the potatoes" you said

"anything for you, and for dessert we'll have these...American chocolate chip cookies" he said and you celebrated, so the work began.

Dio took the potatoes and pealed them and then cleaned them and cut them and put them in the water to boil.

He then took the chicken pieces and he let you throw the seasoning in there and you both mixed it together.

"I'll fry them, you can mush the potatoes with this" he said as he gave you something and you started mushing the potatoes while he fried the chicken.

When it was done he served them on plates for you two and you both sat down

"can I have the ketchup?" you asked and he handed you the ketchup

"thanks papa" you said and you put some ketchup on the side and started eating

"do you like it?" dio asked as he ate some of the food, even though he didn't need to eat real food he did it so he could keep you some company

"I love it!!" you said and you ate more

"eat slowly so you won't choke on your food" dio said but you didn't listen to him

"done!" you said as you finished your food, dio looked over and the plate was very clean

"you devoured it..... Here, have mine as well, I wasn't hungry anyways" dio said as he handed you his plate.

"thanks papa!" you said and you ate his food as well.

"now that you're done eating, let's make the cookies as well" dio said and you jumped out of your seat and you both started making the cookies.

To say the least you both made A BIG MESS!!

"let's see if they're good" dio said and you both took a bite and it was..... Horrible

"bleh, too much salt!" you said as you went and spit out the cookie in the trashcan

"I see now... We mistook the salt for sugar" dio said

"papa I have an idea!" you said and you then whispered in his ear your idea and he smirked

"that's my little girl! Let's do it" he said. After a while all of his remaining followers were gathered in the kitchen.

"my daughter requested for you to try her cookies and tell her if they're good or not" dio said and they all nodded, they took a cookie and ate it, their faces immediately fell

"are the cookies good" you asked innocently

"yes... They're delicious" the young Darby said with a forced smile as everyone were forced to swallow the disgusting cookies

"yay! Please have more!" you said as you offered them more, they were going to decline but they saw the look on Dio's face so they took the last cookies and ate them

"now if you'll excuse us my lord, we need to go back to our positions" vanilla ice said

"you're excused" dio said and they quickly left, soon you both started laughing

"that was an amazing idea you had" he said as he hugged you.

After a while you two went to the library and locked the door, there he put some music on the radio and looked at you

"may I have this dance pretty little lady?" dio asked

"yes" you said with a smile, you two held hands and you stepped on his feet and he started dancing around while you were still standing on his feet.

"my, my, you're such a great dancer" dio said and you laughed

"papa, you're the one dancing!" you said

"doesn't matter, you're a better dancer than me" he said as he lifted you up in the air and span you around, you just giggled as he span you around.

At that moment dio felt very happy and proud of himself, he succeeded as a parent, watching you be so happy made him happy as well.

When he stopped spinning you around he hugged you tightly.

"you're the best thing that ever happened to me" dio said, you smiled and hugged him back

"I love you very very much papa, you are the best" you said

"I love you too princess" he said.

Meanwhile a crying Jonathan was watching from a corner, he was very happy that someone made dio so nice for at least a little bit, he was happy for the both of you.
