~8 weeks later~

We finally found a way to tell our friends and family the news.

We currently were at the door of My moms house waiting for her to answer the door.

The door opened and to my surprise it was..

My grandma?

She smiled wide and I felt my face light up, before hugging her tightly.

"I didn't know you were in town!" I exclaimed as we pulled away.

"I missed you so much" I added.

"I've missed you to pumpkin" she smiled.

Pumpkin. I love when she calls me that. It makes me feel like I'm still a little girl. Like nothing has changed.

"Who's this young man?" She questioned with a smirk.

I glanced at Jacob who looked a bit hurt that she didn't remember, even thought it's only been a year since she's seen him.

He loves her more than he loves me. I could tell she was messing around but I don't think Jacob did.

"I'm only messing with you" she smiled at Jacob.

"But lord how you've grown! I'm only half your height now" she said taking him into a tight hug.

He beamed down at her.

"Come in" she smiled as she backed away.

We walked in and followed her into the kitchen where my mom was sitting at the table with a cup of tea.

"Oh look who showed up" mom smiled.

Jacob and I hugged her before joining the two at the table.

"What brings you two over?" Mom asks before sipping her tea.

Grandma sits down and listens.

"Well we wanted to give you this but now you and grandma can open it together" I smiled as I sat a box down onto the table.

Mom gave me a confused look as she sat her cup down.

Jacob started recording but held the phone where they couldn't see.

Mom let grandma open the box and as she did they both looked at each other confused as to what it is.

Mom took it out the box and looked closer.

"A clue?" She looked up at me.

Mom loves mystery's.

"What for?" Grandma questioned.

"Read it out loud" I smiled.

"Every 7th word..." she said confused.

"Then it just says 'text message'.." she added, looking up from the small card as she did.

They sat in silence for a moment, thinking about what it could mean.
